I use this steam sauna for personal use at my house and really enjoy the craftsmanship, simplicity of installation, quick delivery time, and effectiveness. This version was a replacement for the one I had for nearly four years. Granted I used the old one on average once a week, but other than feeling like zipping myself into a straightjacket bubble and burning my back as that was where the steam entered, I liked the small equipment. Thus when searching for it's replacement I wanted something that was slightly bigger to not feel like a swaddled infant and a product that didn't leave me feeling as though I received 2nd degree burn marks on my back. This version is a good fit. Light weight and heats up quickly. With it zipping up completely, I get a full body sweat which feels more like a professional/gym sauna experience. I’ve had this sauna for over three months and have used it almost every day. I’ve lost weight, my skin is clearer, I sleep better, my blood pressure is back within normal range, and I feel much healthier overall. I was paying over $50 per month for a gym membership to have access to a sauna that was inconvenient and usually crowded with other people so it’s already paid for itself. It sets up very quickly and is fairly easy to clean. The tent seems fairly durable and the zippers are sturdy enough for frequent use. From the start, it produces a reasonable amount of heat and seems to work better if it’s cleaned or at least wiped and dried after each use. I wash the inside mat every few days and take it out to air dry every night to reduce any odor. With a few drops of essential oil and fresh water every time, it doesn’t smell as that bad. There’s no reason to pay the big bucks when you can get this sauna for such a great price. I was surprised how easy it was to put together. I was able to do it by myself in 10 minutes. The instruction are simple and easy to read. The quality is great for the price point. It comes with several packs of cleaner and a fold out chair to use inside. The steam machine works great. You just add water and then turn it on. Within ten minutes you have a legit sauna. It greats really hot if you turn the heat up to max. I feel amazing after using it. We’ve been using it for 2 months now and we haven’t had any issues. Stop thinking about it and get it! ... show more

This is a perfect inexpensive sauna to have at home! Super easy to set up and works great. The chair is little but you can probably get away with switching it out. The steam is pretty hot and you can control the temperature.

This sauna is extremely relaxing to stand or sit and embrace the steam. The set up was pretty easy which was nice. The fabric is shockingly more durable than I expected which is outstanding. The sauna doesn't leak either which is great since I have hard wood floor. It is advised to clean after each use so the product doesn't smell which I definitely agree with doing. This great for individual usage as well, although multiple people can use this product if sanitized between uses. You can also use essential oils if you want the steam to have a fragrance. The sauna takes about 10 minutes to preheat, therefore keep that in mind when deciding how long you want to stay in. It has a 1-9 heat setting and goes up to 1-99 minutes. Fill it with distilled water only and wait 8-10 minutes for it to start working (shorter times if you use less water).
