So I waited to write the review until DMV was finished. Scooter arrived 9 days after purchase which is fast considering its on a semi truck. The registration material arrived 4 days after scooter via mail. As you can see in pictures it comes unassembled, Handlebars, Front tire, headlight housing, service kickstand, carry rack, mirrors, and hook up the battery. Fun build if you are mechanically inclined, I went thru entire bike checking bolts hoses etc.. everything was tight and fine with the exception of a few hose clamps. Live in CA and DMV was a breeze, had all the paperwork needed to get a title and registration. Runs great didn't have to adjust carbs or anything. Again it was a fun build for me. I only gave it 4 stars because there were some minor scratches in foot area and I had to use longer bolts for the rack on back. Will update if things change. Had good contact with Seller they kept me updated on all shipping info and answered questions prior to buying. Definitely recommend. ... show more

So far I'm not having any troubles. She handles well and gets me around. Was a bit annoyed that the instructions were hidden in the seat compartment with no obvious answer of how to open that. (It's the ignition key turned the opposite way. :) ) but aside from that I'm enjoying this bike.
