The four-wheeler came in a crate just like showed in the video. It was pretty self explanatory to put together if you already have experience with such stuff. Even if you are experienced you should have no problem putting it together. Its really safe for small kids. I have a 4 year old thats driving it around. Was able to govern the acceleration all the way down to were i felt safe with my child getting on it. The shocks are very stiff right out the box, but they are also adjustable. With the shocks being so stiff it doesn't give it a lot of play to flip on its side or anything. Needless to say my son already flipped it on its side, and he was completely unharmed. Definitely worth the money, and very nice as fare as designs, and placement of all the components. ... show more

Easy to assemble, love that it’s a 4 stroke not a 2. Perfect for my 5 year old just learning to ride. Has plenty of power, but the speed is low so you don’t have to worry about them going too fast. If you’re like me, and don’t wanna spend thousands of dollars this is the perfect little quad for you

Was unsure about the quality because it’s not a big name brand. But took a chance and was pleasantly surprised! Easy to assemble out of the box. Stared pretty easy and ran great. Only had it 1 day so far but Would recommend as a starter quad to upgrade to something better later. As a side note mine leaked all the engine oil out in the box while shipping but I just added more so no big deal and it comes with all the tools you need to assemble it. ... show more

    • Carburetor issue
I bought this for my 8 year old son, it worked for the first 10 days , then stopped , I checked it out and realized the carburetor was no good. So I contacted the seller and he sent me a new carburetor without charge. Once the new carburetor was put on, is it running like brand new.

    • Horrible customer service
This company has horrible customer service. Within one month, the bike quit working during a ride. I messaged the seller had to wait for a tech to call that took a couple days. The tech called and he couldn’t help us out so he had to have a mechanic call took a couple days. The mechanic called, and then he decided to FaceTime so he could see for himself. It was determined that the clutch and the pool string were both broke, but the screws to get into the clutch were stripped. The mechanic suggested a refund, but once the seller heard that they were against a refund. so they sent out the clutch and the pool string parts and said I had to repair the bike at my expense my time . The bike was great for the first month, but if it breaks that quickly, and the customer service does not help or support their customers, this is a bad product. ... show more

    • This little thing a rad!

I have about 2 acres and my kids have been riding electric bikes since they could walk. I finally moved my youngest up to gas. He is 3 years old and this bike is a good level for him. The suspension is really stiff but it rides good. There was no foot brake just 2 hand brakes(front and back brakes) and my son can’t quite use them yet. So I mounted up a foot brake for him. All in all he loves it and rides it around all the time. Edit: After a couple months this bike wasn’t quite fast enough for my boy anymore with the 11 tooth sprocket it had on it. I put a 17 tooth sprocket on it and now he is cruising again. ... show more
