I purchased this for my husband and it definitely works great, it arrived earlier than expected, but there was a crack in the side panel ,the customer service has been amazing from this company I reported the crack and they sent a new side panel that arrived very quickly, it has a sleek design and great value for the money, the only thing I would change is that since there's a USB adapter on the front, they could possibly add something to hold your phone when riding and using it as a GPS. ... show more

In terms of performance, this Xpro Maui 50 cc gets 5-stars, because it's quite peppy. I got the "factory version," which is pretty much pre-assembled except for the handlebar/steering mechanism. Maybe, because I'd struggled so to get the bolt through the steering column, which enables the steering and wheel to function, I might have pushed a cable for the speedometer, though I doubt it. (I was so nervous about damaging anything that it took three days for something that shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes to do.) Nonetheless, messaging response and lack of communication options has left me feeling abandoned by the seller. I have sought help regarding the inoperable speedometer/mileage gauge, but have gotten no response, which should have been a new speedometer cable (cost about $10). I guess I'll have to order one and figure out the best way to install it, but given that this is still under warranty, I would expect better from the seller. Meanwhile, XPro is a good product. Got less than 14 miles on it and I can’t even make it to the next driveway without it dying. Without fail, every time I try to ride it, I make it less than one minute and have to push it back - that’s if it even starts! Had bought it for my son to practice on, but it’s not even usable. I have noticed that it burns a lot of oil I have like 260 km on it and it's already gone through one full thing of oil in it I'm just glad I was able to finally get myself a vehicle I had to use afirm I gave it five stars because it runs good and so what if it burns oil it gets me from point A to point B ... show more

The assembly is pretty straightforward the handlebars and front tire was the hardest to install and other than that runs great got it to go 40 off start so pretty good bike for the price modifiable if wanted other than that it’s good

I am trying to repair the crankshaft and the hardware is extremely cheap. The bolts are prone to shearing and the screws strip easily. A few-hour project has cost me nearly a month and many replacement bits and bobs.
