Love the low seat height, light weight, and overall design. This is a simple machine that is perfect for kids getting started! My 4 year old was very comfortable & well-balanced on a pedal bike, and was dying for a dirt bike on his 5th birthday. We ordered/gifted it a bit early due to COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, and none of us were disappointed. Perfect size for my 8 year old. Great beginner bike for the price. I bought two of these and one four wheeler. Assembly was no problem. Took about hour to build all three. Would definitely buy again.

The bike itself is ok, not the best, but still ok for beginner riders. Multiple parts have broken, and recently the engine wasn’t getting compression for some reason. Typically i would Be SOL and out the money BUT this customer service is amazing! I emailed Them explaining what had happened and they mailed me new parts to replace the ones that broke. Including the recent issue which was the entire engine! I swapped It out last night and my daughter is happily riding again. It’s not a Honda or Yamaha, but you’re not paying those prices either. With their ability to stand by their product and work with you to fix the issues i think it is Worth the money. Obtained for my son - as the electric bike he has was good but couldn't keep up with his friend's gas bike just like this one. First problem - was the oil already in the bike - leaked in the packaging. Ok, I can clean it and replace. Second & Third problem - the motor is louder that the local landscapers industrial units and it automatically shuts off within 1 hour of use. I've been told that it's an internal problem on the motor as my son's friend bike is not 1/2 as loud as this unit. And the 1 hour shutoff time ? I use that on my kids internet to proactively get him away from video games - does the manufacturer not want my son to use the bike for over an hour time ? That should be my decision. Fourth problem, the throttle assembly on the right side has already detached from the unit - while my son was riding it ! Causing the engine to "race" - guess I understand why there's a kill switch. Was hoping I didn't have to have my son to use it - as he "raced" past me while his initial run. Yes, his initial run. I ordered July 13 and received last Thursday. It hasn't been a solid week - and here I am describing 4 BIG problems. And of course the messaging assistant reminds me "non-returnable" or ability to swap if defective. A nice paper weight sitting in my garage. Thank you. I got this as an alternative to a new XBOX / PS5 for my son to have hours of enjoyment - especially with his friends during the summer - yet here I am - staring at a defective product with roadblocks in place on Amazon and no solution. The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 for my 10yo twins. I was worried having read some negative reviews but these things are absolutely perfect first time bikes! We assembled them then rode our hearts out the first day by the end of a long day one froze up and I thought oh no here we go. I sent out an email that day. They called me back the next day, video chatted and found that a spring in the clutch had broken. I had the part 2 days later and we were back on them again. About a week later I had a different problem with the other bike, same response, quick replacement part. They've wrecked these things about a million times, (some of them really spectacular!) and each time they get back up get on and start it and off they go. No broken parts, no broken kids! They bikes are light enough and slow enough to not get them hurt, but plenty fast enough to put an ear to ear smile in their faces! They absolutely love them! In the meantime I bought a Coleman minibike for my wife that they could ride too while waiting for their part. It was more difficult all the way around. Much harder to start and parts were broken off on the first day (fenders and such) and a couple days in the clutch literally exploded while my son was on it! We'll see if their service is as good as X-Pro. I'll be buying more X-Pro products over the years I'm sure! UPDATE: Coleman bike took 6 months to get approval to fix warranteed clutch! They didn't have a plastic covering for the spinning clutch and didn't have a date when one would be done so the mechanic bent a piece of steel to cover the clutch! Do much for the "can't get parts for the import motorcycles." Apparently you can't get them for the American ones either! ... show more

Rcvd the dirt bike in a timely manner but it was definitely smaller than expected. Bought for my 11 yr old niece and she barely fit, knees were spread out in order to sit on bike. She was able to ride around the yard but it seemed to struggle a bit and she is normal weight/height. Most definitely for younger children. ... show more

I love the bike only had one problem when I put it together. I turned the oil drain screw too tight and it broke. I contacted the company and they sent me a whole new engine for free. I will definitely be back to buy another bike soon.
