    • Poor Performance, Reliability, and Overpriced
Many problems with this order: (1). The color I wanted should have cost $871 but the distributor called me and informed me that the only unit available was black, but I wasn't expecting to pay 1140 for black color. (2). The ATV did not make top speed as advertised. Should have made 40 mph, but only runs 20 mph at best. (3). On day 2, the ATV would not crank and has not operated since the second day of operation. I expected more out of this ATV because of the advertisements and I am very disappointed that this is through a third party so it almost feels that I didn't buy the ATV through Amazon because I can't get Amazon to help me address the issues quickly to my satisfaction. I tried to cancel the order before arrival because I read other reviews where similar problems had occurred, but Amazon representatives informed me that they could not intervene because the purchased was through a third party. The ATV is made in China, which is okay/good, but the quality of the product is not what I would expect from a vehicle made in China. It is not reliable, has many mechanical problems and it shouldn't have cost me the amount I paid. This unit is being sold for much less in other versions across the Amazon.com site. My daughter is 11 around 85 lbs. perfect size! She really loves it. This is her first 4 wheeler. She will be using it for years. My 20 year daughter can ride it comfortably as well. Great buy! so glad I bought this one!!

I waited to write a review until we’d had this for a little while. I saw some bad reviews so I was skeptical about buying but so far we’ve had no big issues with them. A small part was broken after the first week but I contacted them and they responded super fast and sent out the part to fix the issue. My kids absolutely love these! I have a 14 and 12 year old and they fit them pretty good. My daughter is around 5’5” and 135 lbs and my son is 5’4” and about 100 lbs. I’ve also been able to ride these. I’m 5’7” and around 175 lbs. We've had to recharge the batteries some but it’s fast and easy to do. These sat through the whole winter but fired right back up recently with the nicer weather. I’m sure these are a little hit and miss but I would recommend them based on our experience! ... show more

    • Do not buy from this company! Stay local! They will not stand by their product!!!
Problems from the very start! Chain continually falls off. Bike doesn’t hold charge. Had to replace the battery and chain. Now the kill switch is faulty and gone out, causes the bike to die. I contacted SMART DEALS NOW and they said it’s after 30 days that they won’t send me the kill switch. What company doesn’t stand by their product?! I’ve been contacting them since the first week asking for a refund in which they refuse. They won’t handle the pickup or shipping they expect you to take the four wheeler back to them. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Buy local only do not use this company. I’m a newly widowed mom with twin boys who bought this thinking it would be under a warranty and could be sent to me. What a headache!!! It’s in the mechanic shop once again and now I have to find the part myself :( Never again will i use this company. What a sham!!! ... show more

    • Repeated issues with chain
Bought just before Christmas, it's mid-Feb and haven't rode it even 3 hours - if that much. First, the sprocket fell off the thing, of course chain broke. Waited for part, chain broke again in less than 15 min. Thought maybe we were putting it on wrong. Took it to ATV service shop to replace, not even 15 min and broke again. Of all the parts on this - the chain can't work properly?? I will say the 10 minutes of riding did put a big smile on granddaughter's face, but now she has just stopped asking to ride because it is always broken. ... show more

It is 90% preassembled , but still some assembly required, not a reliable ATV Not recommend to anyone unless you are handy person.

    • Bad engine.
I've only had this thing a month. The engine sputters and dies and it smokes when you crank it. I tried to contact the seller and Amazon says this product is non returnable. Do not buy this product.

I purchased this my my 11 year old daughter to ride around our 3 acres . She has been using it for a little over two months . The front end is wearing the tire on the left front extremely bad , and is cambered inward when the handle bars are straight.
