Very nice looking little bike. Important to change the oil regularly (I do 600 miles between changes). I only ride short distances (15 miles or less) and the machine is certainly comfortable at that range. I had to replace the starter motor after 800 miles. It was an intermittent fault - sometimes it just didn't start - and after checking a few things the starter motor seemed most likely, and there have been no problems other than that. I get 75-80 mpg. I expected more problems from such an inexpensive vehicle, so I am very happy with only $18.00 in repairs. ... show more

Buying was just as easy as any other Amazon purchase I’ve made. Shipping went super smooth, even got it 4 days earlier than anicipated. Thanks to the assembly video, and the YouTube videos I watched before it showed up. I had it assembled in 30 minutes by myself. Poured some gas in it and it fired right up, rode great and everything works as it should! I 100% would make this purchase again. Have a few items I’ll be reaching out to customer service about, but judging off the reviews I’ve seen. I am quite sure it’ll be handled in no time . The media could not be loaded. On the first day of riding it wouldn't make it down the road without slowing down and turning off. It started to get better but eventually needed to be pushed home

Loving this scooter! It will go 35-ish miles an hour, I didn’t buy it for speed, rather convenience and an extra mode of transportation. It is super cute, has turn signals and a horn, as well as lights (regular/and brights). I am still on my first tank of gas, have about 50 miles on it so far. There was very little assembly, however the crate it came in was pretty intense to take apart. The seat has storage (it does get warm under the seat). I purchased a trunk to store my helmet). No license plate needed in this state. However I did have to register it. No special motorcycle license needed, just regular drivers license. I drive in the bike lanes. Not a highway type vehicle that’s for sure! Very pleased with the purchase! ... show more

The bike is really cute and packed sufficiently for any shipping condition, customer service was very helpful but I am really dissapointed in the way the bike ran. The first day I had problems until now !! It rides fine until i used it for going 30MPH, the bike has bogged down on me at least a dozen times or more. It cant sustain a steady speed without bogging down as if it is running out of gas, it eventually dies and have to pull over and wait for 5 minutes before i try to restart and that at times takes a while and hard on starter. I am not sure the problem but seems like the eother the plug or carborator, so far it has been sitting in my garage as It is quite embarrasing when two people asked me If I need help. Ill take it to a mechanic and get it checked but it may cost plenty ! Ill keep this updated. Update: Sorry but too many problems, the bike is still stalling after driving around 10 minutes, it chuggs along and then dies as though its flooded, Im not sure problem other than the carborator. The column lock is also atrocious, it is very cumbersome trying to unlock and the bike doesnt always lock the handle bar in locked position. I have rarely used it due to the stalling problem. I have messaged and requested to ship it back with a refund...Will updating outcome. Customer service Mailed me a Carborator and electrical box that may be causing the problems, the customer service is without unequivically one of the best I experienced, they do try to help the customer !! Thats the third part they sent. They do take care of their customers !! Ill replace it and leave one more update. I am honestly very Satified with their quick response to every email and also quick shipments !!! ... show more

I was quite surprised at the quality of this scooter. Did the initial prep work installed the battery then changed the oil. (Note) it is assembly and shipping oil from the factory. I wouldn’t run it on the stuff. Put gas in the tank and it fired right up. It doesn’t give specifications fro front suspension but it does have front shocks. The ride is pretty decent. I haven’t run it wide open yet but it does seem to run pretty good. There may be some minor adjustments needed after the engine breaks in but so far it’s been great. And the X-PRO people have been great through the whole process. With that said I would say if your on the fence go for it. Update still going strong. I did have to adjust the slack in the throttle cable and rear brake cable. But those are both simple adjustments total 10 minutes for both. Couldn’t be happier about this purchase. ... show more
