My only complaint was the condition of the cardboard/metal box it came in but I don't fault the company as I assume it happened during the shipping processs and the metal frame protected the bike as it should. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. From what I can tell by the other reviews and by my personal experiences is that this company is hit or miss. Some people buy the same bike and it will be running really good or you’ll be like me and have a bike that doesn’t run at all. Assembly was pretty easy and the online video was really helpful. But when I tried to start it the bike would turn over but not fire up with either kick start or the battery starter. I contacted the company and we went over battery, spark, fuel flow, air flow, clutch cable engagement, kill switch engagement, and we went over the carburetor. All of it checked out and was in proper running condition. After about a month of emails they finally sent over a new starter button, new starter wire pack, and the actual starter motor. I installed them and still the same issue. I’ve now had two local mechanics. Come over and have both said that the bike should be able to run but won’t. I told x-pro this and they said I should give a different number a call. I called them for a couple days with no response. Then I got them to answer and told them the story and they said they would give me a call back the next day because they don’t know what to do. That was about 3 days ago and they haven’t been answering my calls. So moral of the story is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do buy you are gambling around 2,000 dollars. ... show more

Once I found out the back wheel needed to be off the ground to assemble it, everything else was easy to assemble. I was impressed by the shopping packaging from the factory and the staff was very helpful when I had questions. It takes 2 business days for them to contact me though. The bike started right up once assembled. Seems like a decent bike as long as it holds up. Can't beat the price, I paid less than $2000. A 10 year old Honda 250 was $5000, new $12000. Highly recommend if just learning to ride. I’ve been riding for years and it’s a fun bike. Easy assemble if you go along with the assembly video. It cheaper made frame. but is good riding. Kids rode maybe 4 time and lay it down one time and the bottom of left Fork and front brake caliper bracket broke.

Overall Quality it parts and build is better than I was expecting. Braided brake lines. Adjustable Front and Rear Suspension. Panels are of DURABLE plastic. Welds all around look GOOD. Initial Factory assembly was CORRECT, I didnt have to fix any of their work. Just a basic bolt check. Main issue was the poor carb. Adjusting the carb that comes with the bike is difficult. Again, Very happy with my purchase so far. Upgrades coming soon. Updated with new Pictures... Upgraded Brake Pads. Modified Exhaust Muffler. Fork oil changed to 10w. Rear shock adjusted.
