  • I had no problems
This thing is quality! For what it is. Put it together, checked the oil and my 6 year old has got 100s of hours on it! Id buy again no problem! Thing hauls my 235 pound but around just fine! Added a led headlight and kid rides constantly .

  • Terrible, awful.
Right out of the crate this ATV was dysfunctional. The engine started popping going anywhere near 10+ mph as if the plug was fouling out. We tried to adjust the governor to allow it to go faster and it still won't go above 10mph. I really despise when I buy something brand new on Amazon and it arrives completely inoperable. I also don't want to have to work on a brand new ATV when it gets to my door. I requested a refund and return 30 minutes after I put the ATV together and test drove it. That was a week ago, and I'm still dealing with trying to get a return going as the seller is seriously dragging their feet. I'm out $1200 right now with a broken ATV. Don't buy this ATV, and don't buy from Safecastle as they have punted me to the Mototec website to file a claim and they still will not message me about returning this. ETA: So, it's been almost a month since purchase. The ATV doesn't function properly, the MotoTec sales manager said that "it's probably a carburetor" and wants to send me one, Amazon refuses to help with a claim, MotoTec/SafeCastle refuse to return it unless I pay for the shipping costs ($550, by the way). So I'm totally screwed with a dysfunctional ATV that doesn't run right, and now I have to somehow wrench on this mess as a mom with an infant and a toddler. Is it wrong to expect to pay $1200 for something new that actually works?! ... show more

  • Could be better
Poor instructions. No guidance on how to install wheel washers and nuts. The fender has missing paint. And the throttle limit screw was set to the tightest possible position and stripped out so it couldn’t be turned.
