For thicker thighed gals, it may take some pulling and tugging to get it fitting right, but once you do, they are excellent. It definitely keeps you warm! I didn't read carefully however, and I washed it in the washing machine instead of hand washing it like they instructed so the quality was a little worse after. The fur lining also doesn't go all the way to your toes and stops at the ankle which isn't very noticeable, but the foot material is thinner. I poked a hole after wearing them maybe 10-15 times and threw them away, but that may also be because I didn't hand wash them and so the quality deteriorated. I might recommend getting the step-foot option to avoid this. The tights didn't feel too comfortable. It is stretchy but the seams are sort of weirdly placed on the butt and crotch area. I had to adjust them while wearing them every so often. It's definitely tolerable, but slightly annoying. They also are very high waisted - the images are accurate in how it fits. It kept your stomach in which I guess is nice, but it also felt a little suffocating. ... show more

I took them on several trips and would definitely purchase them again, but I might buy a size larger than I think because they don't forgive any weight gain. If you're fairly stable weight-wise, it's okay, but it you move up or down by a few pounds, go up a size.

wasnt sure about these because the reviews are kinda a crap shoot, im actually really happy with these tho. i will say these are more for a chilly day, it was around 40 degrees when i put them on & i could feel the cold through them but i do think they would keep me warm enough but if you live where its COLD then i would not think it would keep you very warm for long outside. the toe/foot part is NOT lined so as long as your shoes fit with normal socks (if you wear flats or boots) you will be good & looks "natural" with open toe or strappy heels. i intended to wear them all day just to see if they would eventually sag at the knees. i kept them on for a hour of up & down a ladder & bending over ( hanging lights) then i went to move a chair which is wood ( not smooth as silk but not rough wood either) the chair LIGHTLY touch my leg and i felt it "grab" thought for sure i just ruined them but thankfully it didnt, so the point is they seem to snag really easy! In the hour i had them on they did not sag at the knees, the crotch part did move down tho so im on the fence on if they would stay up and or not sag....i am short 4'10 and 133 lbs so i had to tuck the "extra" length under my foot (which was oddly not uncomfortable) so maybe thats why i was having crotch issues?? oh and as you can see in one of my pics when i bend my knee it looked weird, but after i pulled the extra length that seemed to help that. There is some stitching that goes around your "bum" that feels weird, every time i took a step i could feel it...i figure after a while of wearing them i would get use to it tho so not a big deal to me, just a heads up ... show more

it is better than what i expected. usually all the tights i buy end up ripping so this was a great alternative. keep in mind the area around the foot isn’t as thick to sell the illusion that they are tights. the foot area hasn’t ripped for me though.
