It took all of ten minutes for us to have the aerator up and running. OK, Maybe fifteen minutes. Everything needed to install is included. We used an old dog house for shelter. I bought this in August 2023 it has stoped working in less than 2 months and I can not contact the seller without going through Amazon it is the only way and they are of no help either I have thousands of dallars of fish and no support. Great value and nicer than other pumps I’ve had. It comes with the plug wire already attached which many don’t. Puts out a lot of air. I have it running 2 diffusers at about 10’ deep and you can hear the air flowing Up like the water is boiling.

This product replaced a pump that we had for 5 years and paid a fortune for. This new pump works so much better, has a great and easy to set timer and 10 time more quite than the last one we had. Oh and yes much less expensive. So far, it's great! We love it.
