I'm 5'9" and 165 lbs, and the medium felt a little big on me. The length is fine, but the sleeve width and overall sizing seem way too large. But if you like loose-fitting clothes or plan on layering with a thick sweatshirt, this could be a plus. Personally, I'm not a fan of the single button on the sleeve closure—it leaves a big gap, and a second button would really help.
