I ordered one of these and it arrived with a couple issues so I requested a replacement and the second one I received had even more issues. The quality is lacking for sure. Maybe it was a certain batch but the 2 I tried had issues. I really wanted to like this item and it really would have made my job easier but no such luck. UPDATE: I reached out to Wowstick and they were able to send me a replacement unit that seems to be void of the quality issues the ones I got previously had. I bought this as a replacement for my iFixit kit since my y-wing was damaged and an electric screwdriver seemed great. Sadly the rotor is very weak so I'd have to manually start the screw and even with that it seemed like I was just stripping my screws even faster. I was interested in getting this when it was first announced years ago but read a lot of reviews about how bad the torque is. They're right, it only works if the screw is already loose but the nice thing is it does a good job of not spinning when you hand tighten things like a normal screwdriver. I essentially use this as a fancy ratchet screwdriver until it's loose enough to finish it off automatically. I have two tools I keep handy. A Leatherman multi tool and this. With those tow things, I can fix/install almost any basic thing like computers, thermostats and my Roomba army. ... show more

I was super happy to receive this product took it all out great packaging very impressed put it on charge super fast charging. Really good selection of bits amd feels top quality. That's how ever where the good stops this thing couldn't back a screw put of a marshmallow the light only comes on when you have the button pressed so that's really about usless amd there's no way to vary the speed it's 100 or off. I'm gonna try the more expensive model aswell but have little hope this model is returned can't recommend rhis product ... show more

Does what it advertises. Fairly good battery life, built in light that does the job, and a plethora of bits and accessories that have all worked just fine. Just fyi, the included hard case is garbage. Hollow plastic shell with magnetic press fit bits for closing, but they pop out with barely any effort.
