I’ve had my blanket for several years and use it daily! The heating went out throughout part of the blanket (after 2 years of use) so I reached out to WOOMER and they were incredible with their warranty program. They were so fast to respond, they were very thorough and had a new replacement sent the next day. I love my blanket, it keeps its softness and the timer and temp option is perfect. We bought this after purchasing fleece super soft sheets. Omg we never want to get up now. The blanket’s design is great. The two switches for dual control sit nicely on our nightstands. The timer goes to 12 hours and heat goes 1 - 10. So much better than the last heating blanket we had. This one isn’t heavy and doesn’t have the heavy wire running thru it. We purchased grey and it’s like a grey blue. We’ve been saving on heat overnight because we can turn the thermostat down low. Really soft. No noticeable smell like some commented.     • Stopped working after a few months.

I bought this in May so didn’t really use it until this fall. It worked a few months, but all of a sudden it stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer to let them know, and they asked for a video. Ok - I plugged it in and said in the video it’s not working. I think it was ridiculous to ask for a video. How can I prove it doesn’t work in a video. Anyway, that was a few days ago and I haven’t heard back yet. I bought this because it had a 5 year warranty. I have had this blanket for many months. It works well to keep me warm and holds up after many washes. The fabric is cuddly, and the color (tan) looks great with everything. I love the look and feel of this blanket, reminds me of rabbit fur. The delivery following order was expedient. Regarding heat output, not any different from other blankets. I was looking for a much higher temperature rated blanket however this will suffice as I test other options. What I like about this blanket too, is the 5 year warranty. We bought this product feb of 23 it is soft like a blanket yet warms like electric blanket. In december 24 i got a error code on one controller. I was just going to get another blanket . I wrote company because it said 5 year warranty. I did not expect something almost 2 years old to be replaced totally . All they needed was original order number and a video of control and blanket. I had a new blanket same as original in 2 days no charge to me. I definitely will buy from this company again. And their boanket is soft not scratchy! ... show more

Love this blanket! Much better quality than expected for the cost! Not thick bulky and heavy, very soft/cozy to the touch, heats quickly, great price AND has a 5-year warranty. I use an electric blanket year round and I’ve bought many thru the years, so I know a great blanket when I get one. Woomer is the brand of choice for me now!! An added bonus: Woomer is my family name. I had no idea till now, that this company existed. What a great accidental find. I didn’t know the brand name existed till it arrived and was on the box. UPDATE: After a little over 1-1/2 yrs. of use, it quit heating on one side and the other side very low heat. This seller was NO HELP AT ALL! After contacting them via this website and with Amazon's representative's assistance. This seller kept sending me the same message that said. Was your issue resolved....Yes or No. That was it.     • Really wanted to love this but..

After reading many positive reviews I was excited to receive this blanket, sadly I’m pretty disappointed. While the pattern is cute and the material is plush and soft that’s about all I liked about it. This blanket it’s SO thin you can feel the wires. The control is bulky and is very easy to accidentally change settings or turn off. There is a substantial amount around the entire perimeter of the blanket that has no heating element, at least 15” on the sides and a good 8-10” on the top and bottom. My biggest gripe was how unevenly it heated some parts felt overly warm while others left me chilly. I found myself constantly having to shift the blanket around to move the heat.
