Overall it does the job, it isnt lightweight so mainly for backyard or car camping. It needs to be burned in a little bit to get rid of the smell from the chemicals and bake in the paint. Quality is what one would expect from a Chinese product. Mine was missing a flute and the spark arrester. You get what you pay for.     • Works good in backyard not too much heat but it does warm the area around.

Got it for winter camping. Tried it out in the backyard to make sure it was up to the test. We had a bit of wind and it was pretty good- no movement at all. Have not tested it out in a tent yet. It burnt the small amount of wood almost completely to ashes for about 1.5 hours. Smoke did come out of the hole in the middle kettle plate but if there was something covering it- maybe the smoke would only be coming out from the pipe? We will have to wait and see. It is sturdy enough for the price and for what its job is to keep some people and water warm in the snow. It looks nice just not fancy looking. I do not know what coating they put on it. It will smoke off and fill the tent. It smelled noxious and I threw up. Seriously headache inducing gut wrenching. So bad!!!
