  • My new Favorite pellet stove
I replaced my old castle pellet stove with this new HP42 comfortbilt. Holds the bags pellets, very nice. Old Castle couldn't even hold a whole bag. This one has thermostat setting to maintain desired temperature. Turns itself completely off. Temp drops 5 degrees and turns itself back on just like a forced air furnace. Now burning less pellets and have a comfortable home temperature 24/7 ... show more

  • Overall a good product
The mother board went out after only a couple of weeks. It took many calls, texts and emails back and forth before they finally sent a new one. Now it's working great!

  • Best thing I have ever bought from Amazon
Love the HP42 it’s bigger then what I needed but I’m not going to complain it sure is gonna keep me toasty this winter In Pennsylvania I’ll be able to sit around in a tshirt and shorts. Very well made only thing it didn’t Like was the burn off smell when first used best to fill it alittle outside and do what the directions says not what I did in the house. But all and all easy hook up and really warms the house it’s diffently a 5star for my three English Mastiff ... show more

  • New car smell is gone
My HP42 came early and I was not near ready. A book with easy instructions came with it, after sitting down and going over the installation instructions, I started cutting a hole in my wall, I'm a retired electrician and no means a carpenter, but I did have a 3" hole saw and saw, I got my pipe up the side of my house as I read it should be installed by the book. I put a 40-pound bag of pellets pushed it on about 15 minutes a fire was for the first time in 40 years rolling in my house. The new car smell lasted about 3 minutes. It was 45 degrees outside and 60 inside, it took maybe 5 minutes once the fan started to reach 71 degrees. I paid a thousand dollars for two hundred pounds of propane last winter, never again. Will get back for updates once cold weather gets here. ... show more
