Y’all!!!! Let me just start off by saying that I’m pretty handy. I’ve put together tons of furniture, refinished furniture, changed electrical sockets and numerous other things that I thought would make me qualified enough for this. Ha….I thought wrong. Now I’m going to start off with the instructions or lack thereof. The pictures are teeny tiny so if you have any type of vision problems you will need a magnifying glass. I had to take a picture of the instructions and zoom in on my phone several times. On my pictures you will see where I notated that section 2 & 3 have some incorrect information. Just go with me on this…..section 2 is backwards…leg 2 & leg 1 are mixed up in the picture. In section 3 it shows that screw “C” goes in the leg number “5” twice but this is incorrect….a wooden dowel “D” goes in the bottom hole. Also it has no pilot holes for the slats which I thought was weird. Seems sturdy after putting it together but has the potential to be so much better. As another reviewer stated you will injure a toe or two on the middle leg. Luckily this is not for me so I’ll just pass on that tidbit of information. They should have designed the leg to sit inward a few inches to prevent this. All in all I would purchase it again maybe for a guest room but not for full time usage. ... show more

Packaged well, all parts accounted for. I unpacked it on the first floor and brought the pieces upstairs. From start to finish it took me 90 minutes to bring upstairs and assemble. I grade myself a beginner at furniture assembly. Instructions had no words, pictures only so look closely at them. All hardware is listed in the instructions with pictures and dimensions. One wood piece was warped but this did not impede the assembly. Slats all had a notch like groove in them midway, not sure why. Would suggest to anyone to put sliders or felt pads on the bottom of the legs for easier moving. ... show more

Very easy to assemble, took about an hour. All the screws are in individual labeled bags so no guesswork involved. The wood pieces are very sturdy and the entire bed when finished is very solid. 100% happy with this bed setup.

Just like the reviews had said , the bed was easy to assemble & I did it by myself. (54 yr old female here) Instructions & hardware included. Longest part for me was putting the screws in the slats. I did need a flathead screwdriver (of my own) at one point, at the end. Other than that, tools needed were provided. Sturdy bed, great design, I am very pleased. It's been 2 weeks and I really like it. Got a lot of compliments on it as well. Glad I purchased it!! ... show more

First of all, the rails are NOT solid wood. They are factory-finger jointed pieces of wood laminated to create a single rail. This likely explains why the designers were uncomfortable with the long rails spanning the distance (~80 inches) without a center support leg – which brings us to the PROBLEM with this bed frame. Do you enjoy stubbing your toes? Because you're in for a treat with this awkwardly placed leg at the center of each bed side. I have painfully learned my lesson more than once inside of just a few days of ownership. I would recommend skipping this poorly designed (and made) item for something more thoughtfully made. ... show more

Very sturdy, beautiful wooden bed. Easy to assemble but highly recommend following the directions rather than “winging it.” Each slat is individually screwed into the frame so it’s very sturdy, absolutely no squeaking, wobbling or sagging. Excellent value for the price, very satisfied
