EDIT 1/31/22: I still love the watch, but I'm incredibly disappointed at zero availability to purchase a spare charger. Other people have asked the same question with NO feedback or response from the Amazon seller. I believe that the seller may have responded one time with the name of what I assumed was a store on Amazon or elsewhere. I searched high and low and could not find anything that resembled a store with that name. Therefore, I turned to purchasing generic cables in hopes something would work. I've included a photo of a cable I attempted to buy that didn't work. The description is a replacement cable for Wyze watch (44 and 47 mm) along with Yamay smart watches. My photo shows the replacement cable on the top and the h-band original cable on the bottom. I'm hoping maybe this will help other people as they search for a replacement cable. Original review: Overall, I like the watch. For the price point, you really can't go wrong. I was frustrated with what I thought was a lack of directions. It turns out that they put them face down on the bottom of the box. The back of the directions are white. So it was camouflaged and I couldn't see it. So I ended up looking online and using the QR code on the side of the box to find the directions and get the darn thing set up. Not long after I completed setup, I happen to notice something wiggling in the bottom of the box when I picked it up. Yep. Those were the directions. Anyhow, also convenient is that they include a link remover tool. Super easy to use. I ended up needing to remove four links total. Overall, it isn't the high end Apple watch. It's not going to perform like a watch that costs over $200. But for what it is and it's price point, it's pretty good. My biggest frustration is that it interrupts my sleep constantly at random times with massive amounts of vibrations telling me that it's backing up the watch. This seems counterproductive if you're trying to get good sleep. So far, I've gone through the settings and haven't been able to locate an option to choose a time for the backup. I searched on the internet and found nothing either. I don't see anything in the instructions or anywhere in the reviews here on Amazon. If anyone knows a trick, I would love it if you would share. I posted it in questions. Also, it appears that different watch finishes contain different optional faces. I really was hoping the puma or cat image was included in my watch, but it's not. It would be nice if there was a way to go to a website or somewhere else and download different faces and get rid of the ones that we don't like or use. That's not a deal breaker, nor a reason I rated it four stars. It does seem a little bit silly that you can't go backwards through the different modes on the watch. They only go one way. So if you miss the one you're looking for, you have to scroll all the way back around to get where you wanted to go. That seems a little silly. The app itself is clunky. There are some very odd parts to it that don't make a lot of sense. For the most part, it's functional enough for me. I mostly want a pretty watch, a step tracker, the historical data in the app and the heart rate and blood pressure are fun, but I would not bet my life on them. So for me, you get what you pay for. i like this watch. i had wanted a regular watch, for outside of work, to wear the looked nice. I also kinda wanted something with the fitness tracking stuff. This watched does it!! I like that I can change the display. I think it keep fairly accurate count of my steps, not overly sure and I haven't got around to checking. It does well with the heart rate thing though. As far as blood pressure, I'm thinking it does ok. What it displays is pretty accurate for me. At first I did not like it because it didn't work. No idea what happen or changed but one day I decided to display stuff. It always told me the time but the steps and everything else was a no go. I also like that I can do digital or analog time. I work in patient care so digital is great for me then so I can keep track of times at a quicker glance, but when I'm not working I like to be able to tell time like an adult! Overall: I'd buy it again.. NOT saying that I want it to break or malfunction ... show more

Beautiful watch that is easy to read. The accuracy of the sleep, BP, HR are all a little off. You could possibly wear it tight on your arm to get a better reading but not comfortable for me. Still looks nice and tracks steps.

I'm a lil troubled. I've had the watch about a wk or so. I like it but tonite I'm just sitting here and it suddenly starts going off and a bunch of Chinese appears on the screen. I'm not cool w a Chinese watch and don't appreciate being sold an item if it is indeed gonna be going off w Chinese writing that I have ZERO idea what it says then why should I wear this watch. It makes no sense to me and I'd appreciate some answers. Again, I don't know Chinese nor do I have any desire to learn it but need to know wth is going on. Amazon seems to be becoming china's biggest seller. It's quite disgusting ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I had it for a year. I went swimming with it almost everyday in the summer. I like what I can put a alarm on the heart monitor to beep if I'm to high. BP not accurate. You can not make a call with it 😕. But you can hang up an read text/notification. I love 💖 the sleep monitor. My fave part. It's comfy. It did change colors on me 😬 from rose gold to bronze. But it's ok. I change it while in the shower since no hot water. I would buy it again. An I like that he tell me to get up when I lounge all day. And congratulate me when I reach my goal for the day. ... show more
