I was looking for a mid-century coffee table and this one looked like that look that I had in mind with a rustic touch. For this price point, I was concerned that I was going to get a low quality piece but I was wrong. It looks great! It does not appear like it is going to fall apart any time soon or for a long time. I even have a heavy audio-video receiver on the bottom and the coffee table seems to handle it well. Glad Amazon has great furniture pieces at such low prices. Grateful! It is not hard to put together. I did it all myself despite the instructions saying you need two people. Could be done in 1 day but I spread the assembly over 3 days since I had other things I had to do so it does require time but if you are not busy then assembly could be done in 1 day. It was not that easy to put together. The drawer is not that strong. If you go to move the unit, MUST pick it up from the bottom. It is trying to come off. Like the style and the ease of cleaning under the unit.

I was able to put it together in about 1 hour with the tools provided. The instructions are minimal hiwever,of you pay close attention to the pictures you can out it together. I think it's a great piece for a reasonable price. It has a nice amount of storage too. This is my 2nd pice from this company and I would definetly refer them, good quality pieces. ... show more

    • Where do I start?

The blister, the splinters... the loss of my sanity. This was the hardest thing I've ever had to put together. The instructions were brutally hard to understand. The pre-drilled holes almost pointless. DON'T use the provided screwdriver, use your own and make sure it's magnetic because you will almost certainly not screw the screws in straight the first time and have to do it over. The STUPID LITTLE CIRCULAR SCREWS are the worst and once in are impossible to get out. The instructions will tell you not to screw in the screw with the black pieces on them all the way, don't listen to it because after you spend HOURS putting it together you'll realize the screws did need to be all the way in to get the circular screws to tighten all the way or the table shakes. The whole thing is just a complicated peice of cardboard and if I hadn't already gotten rid of my previous coffee table and spent SO much time and energy putting it together, I would return it. Not worth $75. Not worth the effort. Not worth the annoyance. Okay now I've calmed down a bit, the table isn't so bad. It's pretty stable once you get it together correctly and rhe drawer is a really nice touch. Pretty cute and a good size. Still stand on the directions being an absolute nightmare. This is a nice small table. I assembled it myself. The directions were clear with all items marked. The pictures definitely helped to tell which direction. It took me some time. I am so frustrated with this I wish Amazon would allow me to curse and I wish curses were effective. This is assembly line junk from China with HOLES THAT DO NOT LINE UP and PARTS THAT DO NOT COME TOGETHER NATURALLY. Skip this. All I wanted was a simple coffee table and now I see why this thing has so many returns! I'll make it work with LOTS OF GLUE AND EXTRA SCREWS! Save your money up and buy something real of good quality, this is cheap junk mass produced pressed recycled cheap wood sold at a high mark up and beyond the mismatched holes, the depth of the holes are way off, the length of the dowels too, the screws are janky, and the instructions are minimal, probably ESL machine translated by babel fish.
