After I put it up it fits 3 pairs of shoes (Im a size 8 US). It’s not bad, just wish it was bigger. Placed near front entrance so that when grands visit they have somewhere to keep the footwear. So easy to assemble my grands were able to help. Also sturdy enough to hold kids and/or adult shoes. Enough room to place at least 6 pairs, and 8 if all children shoes.
