Once I figured out how to get them to work with my VocoPro singing machine, I was well pleased. If you are familiar with such sound equipment, it is easy to understand, but for the novice, illustrated instructions would be a great help. The user's manual gives very little detail and the unit is not very intuitive. the online video helps more than the booklet, which says nothing about both mics needing two AA batteries. Further, each mic needs a separate operating channel which isn't explained as to which channel works best for what use. And the instructions do not explain how to charge the receiver. These mics sound great! Best mics compared to everyone I know. Everyone who's used them tells me the mic sounds so clear and nice. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the mic plug. It's great that it's rechargeable but some don't require a charge to be used. It was great for portability. I have a portable speaker I can plug my mics in and use anywhere. The battery life of the mic plug can last pretty long. I've only had to stop and recharge it one time during a karaoke session. So unless it's a super long karaoke session, it should last all night! Came with poofy mic covers. All in all, great portable mic set. Don't forget to get batteries for the actual mics. This item is greatly recommended. ... show more

I haven't used this very long, but so far it has been a very good value. Easy to install and the sound is very good, although it has only been used for speaking, and not for music. I've purchased much worse equipment for much more. Again, so far so good!

I have the sound turned all the way up on the monitor, but it's not loud as I would like. But it has great quality. It's easy to set up and use. But I did leave a message with the seller, but no response yet. It's been days. I wanted to know how to troubleshoot the sound.

Use rechargeable batteries because it does use them pretty fast. I bought them for karaoke nights at my house and everyone loves them. You do have to hold the mic pretty close to your lips to pick up the sound.
