I bought this keyboard because I needed something small and cheap for my laptop. I hate using laptop keyboards, I don't know why, it's just a thing. I didn't need anything special and this was affordable and looked cool to me. I have to say I'm really impressed with this product. It works perfectly, was simple to set up (plug and play), and is exactly what I needed. The thing that surprised me the most is the battery life. I have not had to charge it ONCE. UPDATE: The seller saw my review and graciously offered a full refund. I'm bummed that I need to shop for a different keyboard, but yay for stellar customer service! Original review: I switch back and forth between a Dell and a Mac laptop, so having a keyboard and mouse that can do the same is a must for my workflow. This particular set works fine with the Dell, but when connected to my MacBook Air (2023 model/OS 14.5), the keys stop/start functioning at random—sometimes no response, sometimes duplicate letters—and the mouse behaves as if there's lint in the optics, with wildly jumping responses when it responds at all. I tried the suggested troubleshooting tips, but nothing has helped. (NOTE: the keyboard's default state is Windows; if you're on a Mac, you'll need to reselect the Mac keyboard setup every time you turn it on. That is, if you can get it to work with your Mac for more than 20 seconds.) ... show more

So, here we are 10 months after purchase. This keyboard/mouse combo has worked splendidly! I’m having some wearing on keys that I use very frequently, but I purchased this for work, and I am constantly typing. This keyboard and mouse have both had no issues. No lag. The colors are gorgeous and they turn off on the keyboard, to conserve energy, when you don’t type for a few minutes. The keyboard is nice, sleek, and compact without sacrificing the NUM pad. I highly recommend this combo! Would be useful for gaming as well, in my opinion. I am able to use them both all week (40hr work week) with no issues. I usually just charge them both over the weekend, but they can last longer than that (I may have forgotten on occasions lol). ... show more

I do not turn on overhead lights im my office as they cause migraines for me while needing to do work on the computer. I really like this keyboard and mouse. Pros: Keyboard is Slightly smaller and provides more room on my desk. Quite typing and clicking on the keyboard and mouse. Nice bright colors. Quick response time and no mouse lag. Easy to turn back lighting on and off. Had for 3 weeks and seems to have good battery life and has not required to be recharged. Disadvantages: Mouse light and keyboard stays on for about 2-3 seconds after you finish typing. I have tiny hands and the mouse is small for even me. I could see it being an issue for those with larger hands. Can’t see mouse lights as the hand covers it and light turn off within a few seconds. Can only use one color on keyboard at a time. Constantly hitting the backlighting button off while typing. No ability to adjust timeframe for backlighting. I could see the backlighting being an issue if someone were to use it for gaming. Overall, I really like this set as it was inexpensive and works nicely for those of us who’s office resembles a cave with only colored led lighting. I would purchase this again as I feel the quality is nice for the price. I wouldn’t have paid more than $40 for these, but for $30-ish it’s a nice choice. ... show more

Keyboard feels lightweight, but not flimsy or cheap. Its not 100% silent, but it is pretty quiet. Ive had multiple keyboards that were louder than this one, and none of those had as good of a feel. The key stroke and feedback is actually better than some more expensive ones from some bigger brands I've tried in the past. The little phone stand in it is actually a nice touch and I do use it on occasion. I just wanted a backlit keyboard, didn't really "need" the multiple colors, but if I'm being honest, I do switch the colors every once in a while :) The mouse is fine. It is nothing fancy but the design is pretty comfortable. Battery life (this is why I had waited on a review). I have had them charged up from the first go, and used them both a whole lot (like probably 6+ hours per day) and they have lasted over two weeks before I plugged the mouse in yesterday and the keyboard today. When one started going out, the USB to USB C charging cable that was included could be plugged in and I used it as a "corded" one for a bit, and it was all good. What remains to be seen is how long that type of performance lasts over the course of months and years, but as of right now, I am very pleased with the performance. ... show more
