I am in love with these! I like to watch DIY videos on my phone but am hard of hearing. I put these in and can hear my videos without disturbing the whole household. I am a senior and sometimes technical challenged... I paired these with my phone, first try. I love the volume control. They are comfortable, sometimes I'll head to bed with them still in. Impressive, rugged design. Comfortable and links easily. The only problem is low bass. Voices or phone or podcasts are perfect but music has low bass. I’ll keep them and use them nevertheless.

These fit my smaller ear spaces better, has a hilarious “power on” voice, bass quality is fantastic, exceptional for 20 USD, especially the battery lasts forever and i cannot afford the $160 price for replacement of my usual ones. It is so easy to connect! I once held the belief that mankind, in all his folly, had at last conquered the great abyss of inconvenience—that through the miracle of science, we had transcended the tyranny of tangled cords and achieved, at long last, the harmonious symphony of wireless bliss. Alas, dear reader, I was deceived. For a time, these ear buds did indeed deliver me to the heights of auditory delight. I reveled in their convenience, marveled at their fidelity, and even dared to trust them on a journey. But trust, as any seasoned traveler knows, is a dangerous thing. At the airport, as I stood ready to embark, I sought the companionship of my melodies. My device searched. It strained. It labored. And yet—no pairing was to be had. I tried again. And again. After twenty minutes, I had exhausted not only my patience but also the good graces of my fellow travelers, who began casting worried glances, no doubt mistaking my frantic button-mashing for some early symptom of lunacy. Aboard the plane, my battle resumed. Again at the hotel. A full hour of wrestling with the infernal contraption before it, in a moment of unprovoked benevolence, decided to function once more. I rejoiced. I foolishly believed the struggle was past me. But no. At the airport for my return flight, I was once again abandoned—left to the cruel mercies of an unforgiving world, my neck twisted in unnatural contortions, my arm sore from holding a device that, despite all my efforts, refused to acknowledge me. I don't leave reviews often and ONLY when I am super satisfied with my purchase. These headphones are amazing. They are super loud which I love because most headphones are NOT loud enough. The sound is excellent even at the highest volume level. The build quality of the headphones is top of the line. They are very good looking and have a nice mobile charging case with digital charging level indicators. If you are sick of buying headphones that are total junk then look no further. I will definitely purchase these again if I lose them or something happens to them in the future. Battery life is excellent and they fit really well. The ear hooks are great and comfortable around the ear. I have absolutely no complaints. ... show more

I like the "sleek" earbuds and charging case. I had high hopes for these, but the sound cuts in and out when I use them to watch TV or listen to music on my phone. I did not have that same problem with a different brand. I've done all the possible troubleshooting, so these will be returned.
