Ease of use: Headphones are Bluetooth and pair very easily. Instructions are included and easy to understand. However, I did not really need them since they were so easy to start using. There is a built-in mic. I do not use the headphones for too many phone calls but I made one call and the person did not seem to have trouble hearing me. Portability: I really liked how small and compact these headphones are. I have not had the headphones die on me yet. I am a light user...usually use headphones on my 45 min commute, twice a day. The headphones are rechargeable and hold charge well. Headphones come with a type C USB charging cable. Headphones also charge in the case when you are not wearing them. There is a display on the case that shows the percentage charge of the case when you put the headphones back in the case. Wear: The headphones fit comfortably in my ears. I used the default ear tips but there are a smaller and larger pair of ear tips included in the package. I have been wearing them for a week and have not had an issue with them falling out of my ears. Sound quality: I listen to audiobooks, music, meditations, etc. The headphones are nice and loud. There is no noise cancellation, but I prefer not to have noise cancellation, especially walking around the city. I like to have some awareness around me. Overall, I don’t know how you could go wrong with these headphones. They are excellent quality for a low price. I do not like purchasing expensive headphones because I lose them due to my own absent-mindedness. There is a warranty that you can activate. More information is included in the box. These earbuds are great. They outperform all my earbuds. The fit in my ears is great and amazingly comfortable. The sound is incredible for this price. I do have better sounding earbuds, but they cost $400, and they don't offer all the functions of this set. The highs are very clear, and the lows are solid and booming if you get them sealed in your ears, which is easy to do. The Construction is solid, and they are durable. One of the best features is the control buttons. Unlike the touch sensitive ones they are real buttons, so you don't accidentally change programing if you position the earbuds. No more frustration of pausing your music accidentally. The case is very sturdy and is easy to use. It has clear charging amounts on it's display. The earbuds do have a long battery life though I have never used them yet more than 4 hours continuously, they were still well over 1/2 charged. The case offers lots of charges without recharging. It takes very little time to recharge the earbuds and seems to still be fully charged after it completes the cycle. They do work with my charging pad but do come with a cable for travel or if you don't own a charging pad. I highly recommend - great earbuds. ... show more
