Update: I want to update my rating for this company to a 5 STAR Review due to the fact that they reached out to me with great customer service. Not a lot of company’s reach out to their customers but HEELXN did and I do appreciate that!! They arranged to issue a full refund for my order directly due to the issues I was having. Not only did that do that for me BUT they also mentioned no need to return the whole unit back to them so that also saves me time and money driving to a UPS Store!! Another reason I changed my rating was that they offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation! We finally got our own backyard for our dogs to run around and play so we don’t need this type of unit at this very moment but If I needed to get another wireless fencing or If I had to recommend a company to a friend for a wireless dog fence… this would be my go to company due to the amazing customer service I was given. This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and in the end this was a grate experience although my unit might’ve came defective… I definitely understand that sometimes these issues can happen and technology isn’t always perfect on each individual product… :) I am one happy customer!! ________________________________ We bought for two of our big dogs that kept getting out of the backyard fence when we went to work. The collars kept dogs in the fence but the dogs would ball up in one spot in our backyard majority of the day and would rarely leave from that area unless they were thirsty, hungry or we were home. We had set up cameras to see how dogs were doing with the collars on. We tested both collars for a good couple hrs before actually placing them on the dogs the first couple days but seemed dogs weren’t enjoying themselves and were more scared to move around the yard then to just be dogs and enjoy themselves. My advise is to test them out in your yard for a couple days before just trying them out on your pets. Set some sticks up or markings so you and pets know where boundaries are set for the invisible fence. We’ve had them for about a good 10 months now and we probably used them for a good 3-4 months but don’t use them anymore because of the experience of sensitivity shocks the dogs were having. Sounds would be going off whether or not they were walking or chilling. Maybe we had a defective set from the start… idk but at this point I’m feeling like it was more of a waste in money instead of a help. ... show more

Updated to reflect a one star rating. One of my collars stopped working. It would randomly start beeping and now just won’t charge at all. I was told I had a warranty on these collars and the system but I have sent countless emails only to be ignored. I should have just bought a petsafe system and bypassed this. There’s a reason it’s so cheap compared to others. Sure it works if you can get it to last longer than a few months. It annoys me the most that I was promised an extended warranty for “registering” my system by emailing them, only for them to be MIA when I need to replace a collar. Will not be purchasing again. I was very impressed with the customer service for this system. Almost immediately after I emailed the company they had replied and addressed every question I had. I purchased 2 collars along with an extra collar, and the pairing was seamless. I also appreciate the extended warranty! In a world where a lot of times customer service is lacking, I was very happy with them. We live on a farm and this allows me to let the dogs hang out outside without worrying about them chasing cows, or wandering too far. At first I was skeptical because I first tried the remote style high pitch sound deterrent, but after setting the wireless fence up, it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend using this for it working as stated and for a good price too.

Works great with our 80lb coonhound We use the “invisible fence” mode often to keep in the boundaries of our yard but can switch to manual if we want to walk or take him on a trip! My only downside is that the collar gets loose pretty easily so we have to re tighten it a lot We charge it probably 1x/week ... show more

I purchased the two collar set for my Great Danes. Product worked exactly like it said it would. My only critique would be maybe putting a little longer lasting battery. I charge mine overnight every two or three days which is not really a big deal considering we do not use them during that time. Both dogs have responded well and do not mind wearing their collars. They are not too heavy like some. Would definitely buy these again ... show more

I purchased this item to replace a pet safe wireless system. I am very unsatisfied! It was not easy to set up both collars because the directions are not easy to understand. Once I finally got it set up, I placed the collars on my dogs and they were randomly shocked. This has happened several times and they are now terrified when I put the collars on them. I have not reached out to the company. My advice, if you love your dogs, don’t buy this. It’s garbage. One positive… the batteries last a long time and it’s portable.
