Tried for couple weeks now, Doesn’t work a lot of the time while my 2 dogs are outside. Many times I have found my dogs roaming way past the boundary set or in the neighbors yard and then while inside will randomly go off even though they are just in the next room from the signal box. 🤷♀️ I walked them around the yard the first couple times and figured out the boundary lines to know where to set it so it doesn’t be going off randomly inside at all. ... show more

Update: I want to update my rating for this company to a 5 STAR Review due to the fact that they reached out to me with great customer service. Not a lot of company’s reach out to their customers but HEELXN did and I do appreciate that!! They arranged to issue a full refund for my order directly due to the issues I was having. Not only did that do that for me BUT they also mentioned no need to return the whole unit back to them so that also saves me time and money driving to a UPS Store!! Another reason I changed my rating was that they offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation! We finally got our own backyard for our dogs to run around and play so we don’t need this type of unit at this very moment but If I needed to get another wireless fencing or If I had to recommend a company to a friend for a wireless dog fence… this would be my go to company due to the amazing customer service I was given. This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and in the end this was a grate experience although my unit might’ve came defective… I definitely understand that sometimes these issues can happen and technology isn’t always perfect on each individual product… :) I am one happy customer!! ________________________________ We bought for two of our big dogs that kept getting out of the backyard fence when we went to work. The collars kept dogs in the fence but the dogs would ball up in one spot in our backyard majority of the day and would rarely leave from that area unless they were thirsty, hungry or we were home. We had set up cameras to see how dogs were doing with the collars on. We tested both collars for a good couple hrs before actually placing them on the dogs the first couple days but seemed dogs weren’t enjoying themselves and were more scared to move around the yard then to just be dogs and enjoy themselves. My advise is to test them out in your yard for a couple days before just trying them out on your pets. Set some sticks up or markings so you and pets know where boundaries are set for the invisible fence. We’ve had them for about a good 10 months now and we probably used them for a good 3-4 months but don’t use them anymore because of the experience of sensitivity shocks the dogs were having. Sounds would be going off whether or not they were walking or chilling. Maybe we had a defective set from the start… idk but at this point I’m feeling like it was more of a waste in money instead of a help. ... show more

The first time I purchased this dog fence, it showed up with a completely dead battery in the transmitter. Since it was a fully dead lipo battery, it was damaged and therefore wouldn't fully charge completely. I tried to order a replacement through Amazon, but Amazon said they couldn't issue a replacement, only a refund after the item was received; then I could repurchase it if I wished. However, I fully planned on reordering the unit, but didn't want to have to wait refund. I emailed the company directly, and they offered to issue an immediate refund. So I reordered the unit, and the second on works fantastic! I have two yorkie dogs who are extremely energetic. With this dog fence, I can walk them without a leash at all. They just stay right by my side wherever I go....I can take them anywhere and they are extremely well behaved. I absolutely love this device! Good product and good company. ... show more

This product was exactly what we needed as it runs like a walkie talkie on radio frequency. We are in a densely treed area on 5 acres. It was very easy to set and I love the multiple functions both range and used as a remote collar. Highly recommend and us extremely portable for camping etc.

We received our new wireless pet collars for our adventures pups who love to roam. They worked flawlessly for about a month. It was easy to set up and easy to use and kept our pups in our yard. After the 1st month one of our collars will not stay on, no matter how much it’s charged or anything. If you turn it on after a full nights charge it will automatically cut off after about 5 seconds. The 2nd collar still works flawlessly and fantastic. I would love to give this product 5 stars but issues with the 2nd collar prevents this! ... show more

I like the convenience of it and only one collar worked well. Late it stopped working all together. The fence did not go out as far as it was supposed to. Then, the other collar got to where it would not charge. Size was great for our hound mix and the durability of it is great. Value for the money was not what we expected. When the collar stopped charging as well it began to shock my dog with no remote button being pushed. That is not safe and it can cause major anxiety for the pet. ... show more
