I just got my first puppy and he’s going to become my service dog. I’ve done a ton of research on training and marker training(his marker is the clicker). At first when purchasing I didn’t think I’d honestly need both clickers, but I did end up finding a use for the second! For the first few days I was only using the blue clicker as his main one, unsure about what to do with the black one. I decided to attach the black clicker to his leash so when we are training on leash and even potty training, I have the clicker with me all the time to mark the behavior I want him to have. Since using both clickers, it seems like the black clicker is louder than his blue one. Since the black clicker is louder it seems to grab his attention more than the blue. Got these for my puppy's first training clickers and they work great. Youtube has good tutorials on how to introduce this sound to encourage good behaviors and actions. The clip makes it nice and I have one on my keychain for travel. I can wear it around my wrist and it makes it so much easier to hold.
