These earbuds have worked well for me for over a year! I use them with both my phone and my laptop. The sound quality is good and the microphone works just fine for phone calls as well. The only slight issue is sometimes when I try to adjust the volume it hangs up the call instead (I'm guessing I didn't quite hit the correct button but I wish it weren't quite so easy to mess that up.) I love these lightweight earphones. I use them exclusively on my laptop. I've used similar products for years, but unfortunately, they ultimately fall on the floor and of course I step on them!! I bought this brand specifically due to the little bag - and it's great! I keep my earphones plugged in to my laptop, but now instead of letting them fall to the floor, I put them in the little bag when I'm not using them!
