It does what it's supposed to I can dismount and mount a 24.5", 22.5" low profile or 11R in less then 2 minutes Very happy with the price seeing as I saw some companies asking $500+ for the same tools.

I had a pair of steer tires installed on my KW and watched them use a tool exactly like this one, and was quite impressed. I searched Amazon and ordered this tool. I was excited to get this and felt like a kid waiting for christmas. The first thing I noticed was rough finish castings. You have to assemble the handles with the provided screws which is no big deal but in this case the flat shaped mounting tool holes wouldn't line up to get the screw through even rotating the handle 180° didn't help, obviously a drill would be needed. I used a generous amount of undiluted dish soap to lubricate the tire beads and got the top of the tire off then hooked the bottom bead and started to pry and SNAP! Handle broke off from the inferior casting job. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED... Pulled out my Ken-tool style tire irons and got the tire off just like I've been doing for the last 20 years. I used the mounting tool to put the tire on and it seemed to work fairly well but needs smoothing of the casting to work really nice, which I would have spent the time to do had it not broke, with sanding and scotch brite discs which will polish steel nicely. Sent it back for a refund on prime return. ... show more
