I was concerned that maybe the seat would not be adequate but it’s great. The wheels turn so easily as compared to my last walker. The bag that’s included zippers shut and holds quite a bit. I am an X-mechanic so assembly was fairly easy. But others should have no problem with the assembly; take it one part at a time. I also really like the new light gold color, as it is bright and fresh. It is a stout Rollator when assembled, but turns on a dime with a light touch. It is heavy, but it folds in on itself for the bus or taxi. They also, this is my third Rollator, redesigned the folding mechanical device for a much better and easier folding and set up. I purchased this WinLove rollator to replace another medical rollator. However, I noticed right away that the depth wheelbase was 27.5 inches, where my previous rollator was only 20 inches. This may not be such a major issue, but for a short person of 5'1, I actually needed to step back and out, or I would hit the back wheel and trip over it. I also find the seat inadequate, with 18 x 9.75 inches it's just not enough for an older person to sit on. I really liked the sleek design, but practicality, safety and comfort are more what I need. ... show more

I can't tell you how much I hate this rollator. I bought it because I thought it would be easy to load in my car-wrong! It is exhausting to try and lift it. The back legs do not close enough to make it slim. There is a giant gap when closed making it impossible to fit behind the seat of your car, or store for that matter. It only fits in the rear of my SUV and with a bad back it's so hard to lift. It totally defeats the purpose of a rollator because it's terrible to travel with. Also, your feet catch on the back wheel part causing you to trip. I can't believe there are any 4 star reviews because this is a horrible rollator (I own 3 and have purchased 5 so far). If you are looking for a rollator to make your life easier, this is NOT the one. ... show more

My gift to a terminally ill friend . my friend really loved this walker/ Rollator. It does not require any tools or particular skills to assemble . It is easy to open and fold! . She loved being able to sit and rest . Easily adjustable ! Highly recommend this style of conveyance! I named it Rosie after the Jetsons robotic maid. She said to the Jetsons " Have no fear, Rosie's is near." Sounded like exactly what was indicated! I I vented her a personality at a aggressive, flirt!
