I had a basic black one for 2 years so got this to replace it ! Great price‼️ Much larger in size but the way it’s designed it doesn’t have knobs that stick out on it, so even though it’s larger it doesn’t get caught and bang up the doors or walls much sleeker. The seat is comfortable roomy it is taller sturdier a little heavier so getting in the car a little more of a challenge The only thing I don’t like is the bag on it The straps snap shut around the front pole and it’s so tight that any weight that I put into the bag will unsnap it straps. They don’t stay snapped. I’m constantly having to re-snap them. I keep the pull-up handle on that side so if they snap the snap catches on it so if my little dog unsnaps it or other items that are too heavy, it doesn’t just fall, so my suggestion would be to make the straps longer so that the bag stays in place.I’m thinking about adding my own straps to make it safer . But it’s a fantastic deal it’s made really well. It’s easy to assemble. It took me minutes. It’s got big wheels so it goes in and out of doorways over bumps really easily. Much easier to handle over any kind of terrain. I would not recommend this for anybody under 5‘4” That’s how tall I am and I would say if I was any shorter, the seat would be too high, and the handles would be too high.Bonus lots of room for shopping 🛍️ and you always have a nice place to sit when you need it‼️Hope this helps 😁 ... show more

    • More helpful than I could have imagined.
Just what I need to go for neighborhood walks, touring public gardens and parks, and getting around my own garden with tools in tow. I selected this unit for its height (others were too short), light weight, trunk fit for travel (top easily disconnects from bottom portion with two push buttons, and seat pulls up to flatten the frame) and for the hand rests which assist rising from the seat (beware: others don’t have these). The brakes lock securely when I stop for a rest, and release easily when I’m ready to walk further. The large front wheels handle rough terrain, and the rear foot pads next to the wheels make it easy to navigate up curbs. I also like having my cane and umbrella handy in the provided cup and straps. The bag is big enough to carry my purse, ipad, sketch pad, drinks, shoes and other incidentals securely out of sight. The overall quality of the materials and finishes is remarkable, especially considering the reasonable price. For me, the backrest strap could be a little longer for comfort, and adjustable for custom fit. I have two suggestions re packing and assembly: instruction photographs could be more clear, and small parts should be bagged together in a small bag rather than packaged with larger pieces in giant bags (I had to search for washers and bolts that fell out when I was unwrapping the large parts). Once I collected all the small parts, I stored them and the instructions in the included zippered bag until I could assemble the rollator. I keep mine in the garage when not in use, so I bought an outdoor cover for stacking chairs (on Amazon, $22.14) to cover it and keep it clean. ... show more

After my wife fell, breaking her left lower leg, I went to a local rental place and got a wheeled walker for her to get around with. After using it for a few days we found that it fell short of her needs. We have a gravel driveway leading to the barn and the rental wasn't up to it. Amazon has lots of choices of products like this and after selecting and receiving this one, we found it to be the best for her needs. Very sturdy and is able to traverse our unpaved areas with ease. I love the color, the handles ( not curved & painful), larger wheels (don’t feel like I’m on the floor) but most of all .. it is butt friendly! I’m short with a wide load & I can park it in this chair comfortably! Dislike.. the back support is not as pictured.. the padding is half the thickness & stiff but because of the butt fit.. I’ll tolerate the back until I have the reupholster make me a larger softer one some how! ... show more

I purchased this product on April 2024, and today July 21, 2024, while sitting on it, the leg bent and collapsed, causing me to fall to the ground and I did sustain injuries (Photos of metal failure attached). A closer examination of the tubing used to make the leg appears to be very thin metal, which is very odd given this item is rated up to 400 lbs. I tried to research whether it is still under warranty, or where I can find a replacement part, but cannot find anything. I would never waste money on purchasing another unit again, and do not recommend it to others. Very dissatisfied! ... show more
