I purchased this item and had a few questions and like others had mention the unit took a very long time to initially get cold. The manual supplied only has a customer service email (no phone number) which I tried and they never responded. Next step I took was to go to their website, which also doesn’t have a phone number only a section to submit a message; I left a message and no response. The manual does not include where/how to get replacement charcoal filters and does not include a part number. I am hoping this unit lasts a while but I will never buy something from this manufacturer again. ... show more

I enjoyed this for a year before the cooling fan started making a loud noise. I reached out to wine boss customer support and submitted a recording so they could diagnose the issue. They sent me a replacement fan within a week. I installed the new one easily and it's been great ever since. I saw some reviews talking about the unresponsive customer report, but that was not the case in my experience. ... show more

It’s a very nice fridge, but I have two concerns. One is functional and one is esthetic. So, one of the legs is broken and doesn’t stay in place when trying to screw it to the height we needed it. We managed by putting something under the leg, but for a $900 purchase, it’s unacceptable that the plastic leg is not screwing in properly. And it’s not the leg itself, it’s the mechanism it screws into in the fridge. It’s something so small and annoying to return the fridge for, but a discount would be nice. Secondly, the handles are not even. The screw holes on one side are higher than the other and it’s pretty noticeable. Otherwise, I do love the fridge, but it’s not perfect. The wine frig arrived, no damage on the box. Upon carefully unboxing, the left door had a hole punched all the through the metal. Will be asking for a new frig, or at minimum a new left door. Will update once the unit is replaced/repaired.

I did a lot of research and shopped around. This is a very high quality, quiet, attractive wine fridge. Holds 20 bottles of wine on one side at 41 degrees and 2 cases of beer on the other side at 35 degrees. Easy to attach the handles. Tinted glass and separate locks keeps my two year old out. It looks great. But it is not quiet. I used a decibel meter app and the sound registers at at average of 56 db. This is advertised at less than or equal to 42 db. We can hear it running from the next room. It is much louder than our full sized fridge. If sound is important to you, I would purchase a different beverage fridge. ... show more
