This laptop was purchased to use at my psychotherapy practice. I was pleasantly surprised to find MS word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat PDF already loaded and the shortcuts on the screen. All I had to do was set up the WiFi password and start using it within 1 minute. The mouse works perfectly and is a nice bonus. The mouse pad is also a nice touch. The color is a very pretty rose gold and it makes the laptop look like a high end one. I found the speed of opening and closing apps/ programs and navigating the internet to be excellent. The screen quality if beautiful for watching videos and movies. The keyboard feels solid and it's easy to type on the keys even with long nails like mine. I am not a gamer so I can not make recommendations re: if this laptop is good for gaming. I already read the other reviews so I knew the speakers were not very powerful, but I just needed a lightweight laptop with light up keys to work quietly at night while kids sleep. The speakers are a bit tinny and quiet, but the laptop works excellently with Bluetooth headphones (or AUX). It comes with a bonus mouse, mousepad, and a cute little kawaii magnet bookmark which was a nice touch. The charger looks nonstandard for what I’m used to (very short cord), but make sure you’re plugging into the small round port on the left side of the laptop, not the AUX port on the right side. There will be a small indicator light if you plugged it into the power port properly! The laptop is lightweight, and the screen is super big for the size of the laptop because it has very little in the way or frame or bevel. I powered it up with no issues, and Windows is already all set. Ran a few updates and tried out a YT video on highest resolution (Halazia by Ateez) and was blown away by the resolution and screen image quality. It’s beautiful really. I’m gonna switch to using this laptop to stream video (with headphones) because the video quality is so clear and crisp and bright. The purple outer is all smooth, comes wrapped in clingy protective film (which I’ll leave on until my BTS stickers arrive), and it’s pretty light. I would not treat this item as if it were a rugged built chassis IMO—it’s very lightweight plastic (I already bought a protective case…color matches to F¡ntie purple or lavender laptop case). That’s all I’ve got for now, but I’ll update if anything changes my opinion of this device as I continue to use it! Thx for reading if you got this far. ... show more

This laptop is wonderful it's beautiful huge screen great clarity everything works as it should I am so happy. I also bought a cooling fan to put under it because my last laptop the battery burned out. Fortunately I know the keyboard very well so I don't need to use the Black cover so it makes it look so beautiful and the keys light up when you touch them and it's just beautiful. I haven't had any issues at all I'm still playing with the lights and learning other things about it but I checked out Microsoft Office works great Windows not in any issues at all and I'm very very happy that I ordered this. I had it in my cart for a month because I couldn't afford it and then I was finally able to order it. ... show more

When I had launched an online game(I've been playing it for years and never had this issue), some kind of terminal command line popped up and disappeared. I thought it was just a glitch and I left for a bit because there was something else I had been doing. When I came back, I saw that my cursor had started moving on its own, it minimized my game and looked like it was going to click on one of the browsers. I moved the mouse immediately. It stopped for a bit, then kept going. So I restarted that shit immediately. I looked at the programs and uninstalled programs that looked strange, including a file that said "17bit" and a program that said "remote desktop connection".
