I love this apple computer, setting it up is a breeze, fast has adequate storage space, has enough ram 16gb of ddr4 to run programs, it performs well doing mail, word processing and watching videos and other media on the internet. It is almost flawless except the few deep scratches on the underside of the case, it's just cosmetic nothing to affect operation, updating it to the latest macos 15 sequoia is awesome, has vibrant graphics, keyboard is perfect. Thank you seller love you guys for making this purchase awesome, you did not dissappoint. The included power supply is apple certified. My overall impression is 9 out of 10 stars. I got this next day as the price was incredible. I was ready for lots of imperfections due to the bargain even though it was marked as excellent. Much to my surprise this laptop was well packaged, came with an aftermarket, but quality charging block, and a fantastic quality usb c cable. I inspected it thoroughly before even powering on and found only tiny, minor imperfections on a couple edges that took a great deal of scrutiny to even see. After spending half a day updating the OS and tinkering with settings, I was VERY pleased. One glitch I encountered was that during the renewing process, the security settings in the boot manager were set to none, and I had to get in and turn the settings back to high in order to enable Apple Pay. This was only a minor inconvenience and I enjoyed that it was obvious work was done. ... show more

    • I made a mistake purchasing this
I requested a return on this computer within 30 minutes of it being delivered to my house. The charger they sent is not Apple certified so it's overheating to scary levels and the computer will not stay charged. The computer itself is LOUD because of the overheating the fan is on constantly. Theres also this continuous popping sound coming from the computer that only stops when the computer is shut down. I was SO disappointed because I purchased this for work and I have to wait. I'm concerned about the legitimacy of this company as well. They have my return but will not return the $620 I spent for another 30 days! So I have to wait 30 days until I'm able to replace a computer that I only owned for 30 minutes. It's not worth the risk. ABOUT THE REFURBISHER: I bought my unit from BuySPRY - the laptop came in its original packaging, with original accessories, in pristine condition. I inspected the laptop very closely upon delivery, and I could not find a single flaw or imperfection anywhere. I've had the computer for about 2 weeks now and I've had zero issues whatsoever. You're getting a $2400 laptop that is exactly the same as new for over $600 off. When was the last time you found a deal on a like-new high end Apple piece of hardware for over 25% off? ABOUT THE LAPTOP: My laptop before this one was a 2013 MacBook Pro 15", and that beast got me through college without a sweat. I had held off on upgrading for 7 years to a Touch Bar MacBook Pro due to the butterfly keyboard and thermal issues. Thankfully, with the new 16" model, they fixed all of that and more. KEYBOARD: The new keyboard returns to a scissor switch design, dubbed "Magic Keyboard" by Apple. This is, in my opinion, the best laptop keyboard on the market. You get about DOUBLE the travel as the butterfly keyboard, with super crisp keypresses, stable keys, smooth backlighting that doesn't bleed, and a satisfying but quiet noise. And since it is a traditional scissor switch, it will be infinitely more reliable than the old butterfly switches. It's like they combined the best of the old 2012-2015 MacBook keyboards and the 2016-2019 Touch Bar MacBook keyboards, with none of the downsides of either. PERFORMANCE & THERMALS: For how powerful and thin this laptop is, thermal performance is great. I've experienced zero thermal throttling while doing software work on it. They definitely fixed all the thermal issues of the last-gen MacBook Pro. Specs are a 6-core 2.6GHz i7, a potent 5300M for graphics, 512 GB SSD storage and 16 GB of 2666MHz DDR4 RAM. Enough said - this is one of the most powerful laptops on the planet, and should crush most professional workloads. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS: The speakers are INCREDIBLE. Straight up the best laptop speakers on the planet, bar none. They sound like a Bluetooth speaker, with fullness and bass I've never heard before from a laptop. The new 3-mic array isn't quite 'studio quality' as Apple claims, but they are the best mics I've ever heard on a laptop. The dedicated escape key is nice and makes software devs like me happy. The bezel shrink was needed, the 1 inch of extra real estate in almost the same package is great. Not quite the smallest bezels on the market, but good enough. And battery life has been amazing. Literally the best it can get, considering Apple fit in the MAXIMUM size battery (100Wh) allowable to fly on a plane. SUMMARY: I highly, HIGHLY recommend this laptop if you are in the market for a premium laptop. You are getting one of the most powerful laptops in the world, specs wise, in a beautiful thin chassis and a beautiful 3K, color-accurate display. All of the issues with the previous-gen MacBook Pro have been fixed. This is a laptop with the best build quality, the best keyboard, the best trackpad, the biggest battery, the best speakers, and the best microphones on the market - in pristine condition, for over $600 off.
