    • Doesn't have the memory as advertised
The product isn't as advertised it's supposed to be 1TB NVME I can't find anywhere in system settings where it says it is. It's a good product and will do the job but doesn't have the memory and storage I thought it would.

This computer is sooo cute! Its light and slim. I love the colorful keyboard backlight (that you can turn on or off) The set up was fast (its an all round fast computer as well, no lagging) and screen is crisp. If I were looking for a standard laptop for college classes or minimal tasks, I would have kept it. However, I bought this laptop as it is listed as a “gaming” laptop. But with the N95 processor, it took almost a day to just download my Sims game. The last gaming laptop I had, it took around 20-25 mins for perspective.     • Bargain bin tier laptop, dressed up to appear nicer, complete waste of money and time
First and foremost, this is absolutely not in any imaginable way... a gaming laptop. If you are looking for a gaming laptop for your child or grandchild, avoid this thing. The specs in this are honestly pathetic. It has a Celeron processor, the lowest tier laptop CPU you can get. Sure it's 12th gen, but its the weakest of the lot, this same processor is used in sub 200 dollar laptops. Which this is on par with. Let's get to the issues I have with this device. 1.) Performance is abysmal for anything but very light use, web browsing and watching youtube is about all this is good for. 2.) The screen quality is pretty awful, very low refresh rate, smearing and tearing. Just moving a window around quickly is more than enough to see how bad it is. Though that might be the CPU struggling as well. 3.) Zero meaningful upgradability. The ram itself is soldered to the mainboard. And the SSD while being 1TB is very slow for an NVMe drive, and I would not waste money on putting a larger or faster drive in this thing. 4.) Build quality, this thing is 100% plastic. Which is ok I guess. But it has unbelievable flex on the chassis. 5.) Keyboard and Trackpad, both are an exercise in frustration and hugely unpleasant to use. The keyboard feels mushy somehow for a laptop keyboard, and the caps themselves feel so poorly made a light breeze or just quickly moving your finger across the keyboard could result in a few just flying off. 6.) The battery is pathetic, even with these lowest of low low end specs, it does not last even as long as my actual gaming laptop that has way way higher power demanding hardware. All in all this device is atrocious. Calling it a gaming laptop should be false advertising. It is a generic mass produced piece of junk using the cheapest possible hardware available, and hawked off to people who don't know better. This computer cannot run games, unless you count Minesweeper and Solitare. I tried installing a few pretty low requirement games, or PC ports of mobile games. The only one that ran at a framerate I would deem almost acceptable was Old School RuneScape which managed to clock in at a blistering 26 frames per second. Minecraft was a slideshow. Roblox was a slideshow. Genshin Impact was a brief slideshow that locked up the laptop for about 5 minutes before I hard reset it. I feel bad for anyone who got this and was expecting to play games on this. Honestly, if you are looking for a gaming device in this price range, consider a refurbished Steam Deck or Asus ROG Ally, or a 400 dollar used iPhone. A 3-4 year old phone is more powerful than this laptop. If you are looking for a general use laptop, consider a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad. This device is just not good, it is outclassed by cheap junk disposable tier laptops half its price. In all regards it is a total waste of money and the resources to manufacture it. I will be attempting to put this one to use as a remote access PC for some network hardware considering it has a built in battery backup that could last most of a day. ... show more

I ordered this laptop for my high schooler to use for online classes. I liked that it had everything you need included so that you can set it up and use it immediately. It looks great! He has been using it for classes and has downloaded a few other things (like a streaming services and games) and so far, it has been working great. We have not had any issues running anything on it, though we haven't tried downloading or running any high-end games.
