    • Perfect Size
First if all, Wilton is the best bakeware I've used over the years. Does not warp during baking and very sturdy. Second, I bought the mini 4-loaf pan to get smaller sized banana bread loaves. I made my normal recipe that would go into full-size loaf pan and equally poured into the 4 compartments. Due to the smaller pan sizes I wasn't sure if the "normal" bake time would work. So, I knocked off 10 minutes (normal was 60 minutes). The 50 minute time was just right. I sprayed the compartments with nonstick spray before adding the batter (recipe called for it). After baking, placed pan on a rack vs using a trivot and after about 10 minutes inverted the pan and the mini loaves came right out...no sticking. My husband and I both agreed that the serving size from a mini loaf is ideal for 2 people. Plus, heat distribution is better between multiple pans vs one. The other nice thing is that I can freeze 2 loaves since it's just the two of us. Next, need to make mini meatloaves. I highly recommend the Wilton loaf pan! ... show more

    • Perfect mini loaf pan!
I previously purchased the 2 pan with 8 spaces for the loaves figuring i would get the better deal. They were a joke, so tiny that you could eat each mini muffin in a few bites! I returned them for this wonderful 4 slot mini muffin pan. The quality is wonderful and it will accommodate either the metal mini loaf pans or the paper ones. The other pan accommodates nothing! I totally recommend this pan and i’m ordering an additional one so i have 8 spots! My granddaughter and i had a great time making banana chocolate chip muffins and the pan made it so much easier! ... show more

    • Perfectly bakes my bread
I recently started selling my homemade banana, cinnamon streusel and apple breads and this pan works perfectly for my baking. I crisco and flour each cavity before putting in the batter but honestly probably don’t need to. My loaves always cook evenly and beautifully in this pan. It’s easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.     • Great reusable mini loaf baking pans!
I ordered these because I like to make treats for neighbors and friends on holidays, and I was trying to move away from disposable baking tins. I thought these would be more economical over time, as well as environmentally-responsible. They are extremely sturdy and well-made. I have absolutely no trouble getting them to release the loaves, though I will say that I do put a tiny spritz of Pam spray at the bottom of each one before pouring in the batter. A regular batch of batter for a loaf cake will fill 3-4 of the cavities, it varies by recipe, and how tall you want the loaves to be. I have four pans; when I'm baking in bulk, I can fit two on one rack, while I have two more prepared and waiting for the first ones to come out of the oven.     • Fantastic for keto meals
I only use this for grain-free keto breads, baked omelettes, and individual meatloaf, so I can’t review how it works with dense flour based recipes. The pan is perfectly nonstick, cleanup is easy, my breads don’t burn, my meatloaf is evenly baked, my omelettes are moist and fluffy, and I have never needed to tip the pan to remove the food. I am able to simply lift out each portion from the four sections. The ability to portion out individual meatloaf and baked omelettes makes weekly meal prep very easy. Each omelette has different ingredients added to it after the egg mixture is poured in - Mexican, Western, Mushroom and Onion, Mediterranean, etc. Sometimes I line a section with crispy bacon. The omelettes and meatloaf are easily taken for lunch, or frozen for later in the month. I bake, slice, and freeze Dr. Jockers almond butter bread every few weeks, which is just eggs, a almond butter and coconut manna, leavening, and seasonings. It’s a wet batter but cooks up PERFECTLY in this pan, and has excellent flavor, texture, and keto macros. I am super happy with this purchase and consider it a kitchen staple. ... show more
