Description

The Special Edition B.A.S.H Utility Vise features a 30,000 PSI gray cast iron body and movable jaw with a 60,000 PSI ductile iron base. It also includes a large anvil, built-in pipe jaws (2-1/2" capacity), and a 360-degree locking swivel base. The four mounting posts ensure maximum stability while in use. A 4-Lb. B.A.S.H Sledge Hammer with 12" handle is included as part of this Special Edition kit.

Ok...yes, this Wilton vice is made in China, yes it's of a different build quality and it's not as precisely fit as their American made counterparts. With that being said, I feel as if this vice is more than capable for the typical home mechanic or DIY'er, when taking price into consideration. Maybe my review could also be biased by the small Irwin Record vice it replaced (picture attached), but this piece is heavy and seems well built. ...Also, the hammer that comes with it seems like a pretty good bonus as well. As a user of this vice, I am in no way easy going on it, nor do I abuse it beyond appropriate uses for such a tool, treat it right and I don't see why it wouldn't last. ... show more

Seems like a good garage vise for the money . it's nowhere near the quality of their more expensive vises but it was around $150 with a hammer and lifetime warranty

the vice works fine just feels cheep for a Wilton. iv had other more expensive Wilton vises in the past they preformed much better! i didn't expect that the vice would be as good as the 600+ dollar ones but for 130 bucks its a deal. the hammer is very high quality. your pretty much getting a free vice for a good hammer not a free hammer with a cheap vice! would defiantly recommend this hammer. ... show more
