  • Customer service was top notch
Style: Milk Container - 7 OZ
I ordered these due to my middle of the night pump usually being too much for the 5oz cups. Unfortunately the backs did not clip on to my pump right and I thought I was going to have to return. I was able to contact Willow's customer service and after showing them the issue, they sent out replacement backs and they got delivered the next day! Not sure that delivery time is typical, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thankfully the 7oz cups worked with my original backs while I waited for the new to arrive. ... show more

  • A lifesaver
Style: Go Pump - Double
I bought this because pumping every 3 hours and being attached to a wall pump was so stressful. These are super easy to use and clean. I also noticed an increase in supply by switching to these. Definitely make sure you are using the correct size phalange. Also- do NOT bend over in these as they will spill. Otherwise you are good to wear these wherever whenever! I was able to get so many things done around the house without pumping. so glad I made decision to purchase these! ... show more

  • An expensive mistake
Style: Go Pump - Double
I really thought I had done my research before investing in this, but I’m really disappointed in this product. Here’s what I don’t like about it—hope it’s helpful to someone else. 1) No visibility: unlike other pumps I’ve used, you have little to no view of what’s going on while pumping so you can adjust. It’s really difficult to ensure you’re centered, to know if you have the right flange size, or even to monitor output as you go. 2) Too many parts: Pumping is notoriously annoying for the amount of dishes it creates. This one is even worse than the average pump. There are five parts to wash each time… 3) …And related to that, you still have to dirty yet another dish, because you can’t store the milk in the attached container. You have to pour it into something else. Also, the attached container is pretty awkward to pour. It's hard to get every last drop out. 4) Can’t turn the Bluetooth off. I thought I had researched this, but it turns out only Willow’s other pump model offers the ability to turn off the Bluetooth. Just kind of grosses me out. 5) Charging. You can get a max of three pumps out of a charge, which is way lower than the other portable pump I’ve used. Also, you can’t use it while it’s charging. 6) Replacement/back-up parts are extremely expensive compared to other pumps. 7) Bulky & heavy: These are much larger and less discreet than I anticipated. I can feel them weighing me down, and it's tough to find the right bra to support them. I'd never wear them out of the house. I can do dishes and things like that while pumping, but it's pretty difficult to pick up the baby because of the bulky size. (Not to mention you can't bend over or the milk will spill out.) 8) Production: Verdict is still out on this, but so far it seems like I am able to get way less using this pump than I can from a Baby Buddha or Medela Symphony. Of course, the second you open the box, you’re SOL if a pump doesn’t work for you. Hope this saves someone else the costly mistake I made with this. ... show more

  • A++ over all sorry for the long review:)
Style: Go Pump - Single
Their customer service is amazing! God bless the woman who I spoke with. Long story short my daughter dropped my left pump and it completely stopped suctioning, I bought this pump through insurance and willow still sent me a brand new motor. This pump also saved me after getting mastisis. With my first baby I used the zomee z2 and had an over supply. Let’s keep in mind that the flange for that pump is a hard plastic. So with my second baby wanted to try the genie advanced and got their liquid shield kit. Keep in mind those flanges are silicone. So after my second I used my willows but started to use my genie primarily bcuz I heard you shouldn’t use wearables as a primary. After this I got so many clogged ducts, got mastitis and didn’t know what was going on. Went to the ER got the clogged duct unclogged, took my antibiotics and was still getting frequent clogged ducts to the point where I was scared I’d get mastitis again. So as soon as I started to use my willows again BOOM. Night and day difference. Back to an over supply and have been able to keep my over supply and build it. Currently 7months pp and have over 3000 oz saved. Love my WILLOWS! ... show more

  • No margin for error but when it works it works
Style: Go Pump - Double
I am a second time mom and pumped a LOT with my last baby when I went back to work. So I have a decent experience base to draw from. I read reviews carefully and went with the Willow Go because 1) I don’t require a lot of suction and never “max out” in that regard, 2) don’t produce a whole lot so the comments on overflow/milk reflux out the valve are not a concern for me, and 3) really need a wearable pump because I hated trying to make my spectra work in the car while driving (yes I could make it work but it was clunky and not ideal). I agree with the other posters online (blogs, Reddit, Amazon reviews etc) who say this is not a good pump for newbies. I did great on my first pump with the Go but still managed to whiff it on the second and get a valve fail with milk leaking down my front. Corrected the error and got a great result on pump three which prompted me to submit a review to help others. I am able to use a size 21 flange so no inserts needed, and as mentioned above I don’t require a ton of suction. I have been able to get identical output from the Go compared to my Spectra which was a pleasant surprise. Can’t speak to how long things last before parts wear out and need to be replaced to maintain performance but not bad for a start. But this pump is finicky. My best advice, which I saw from other posters, is to assemble and check everything right before you pump- don’t have it pre-assembled and just throw it on and expect all to be well, at least not in the beginning. I also am using the recommended “place the flange on your breast first then push the rest of the assembled unit onto it” method. It does help you to see how you’re lining things up on your body which is an important part of the process here. Best of luck, ladies. But it isn’t hopeless. ... show more
