    • Tough to swallow
I’m always on the road due to the type of work that I do, and I try to avoid all forms of fast food as much as possible. Preparing meals for work in the little amount of free time that I have is tough, so I generally pack snacks with me to hold me off until I get home. Im almost sure that I’m not getting close to the amount of daily nutrients that I need, and while I tried very few multivitamins in the past, they were never organic. This seemed to have a good amount of everything in it and is only 2 servings per day. I’m splitting the doses, one in the morning and one in the evening. I can feel my body reacting to it, but I’m not sure how to describe it. It’s a type of bla feeling, but I suppose that’s normal considering I’m shocking my system with all the things that I’m deficient in. I might stick to one pill a day and see how that works out. I’ve always had issues swallowing bigger sized pills, but this one is by far the worst out of the ones I’ve taken. It’s got a slight edge to it and I wish they rounded it off a bit more. It also seems to have a thin coating on it, so if you hesitate to swallow it right away, the coating will wear off quick which only makes it harder to swallow. This is more a personal problem I suppose, but I’m hoping I can figure out a way to swallow it easier because it does seem like a great product. ... show more

    • Finally!! Quality time!!
It has been exactly two months since my twins requested that I make them a treehouse at the backyard. I already have the tools and materials ready but unfortunately, something came up at the office that required me to stay for long hours that resulted in me not being able to start work on my twin's treehouse. Whenever I do get a chance to go home on time., I am too weary and tired to work on the treehouse. I am so overworked in the office that my only rest day which is Sunday is really used up to rest. I know I have really failed my twins but I really am trying my best to no avail. As I was looking for a safe way to remedy my situation, I saw this product in Amazon called Wholefood Vitamins. The reviews were so positive that it actually intrigued me enough to order a bottle. As the bottled was delivered I wasted no time in taking it and hoped that it really does work...for my kids. As I went to the office, everything was the same old busy workplace as I braced myself for another tiring and stressful day here at work. At the end of the day, I'm a little at awe because I feel that I am not yet tired and am still ready for more work. I think this is the wholefood vitamin at work.! I hurriedly headed home and went straight to the backyard to start work on the treehouse. Ever since I started taking the wholefood vitamins, my energy levels have really gone-up thereby allowing me to work on the treehouse every time I go home from work.     • My ULTIMATE source of FIBER (from somebody who hates veggies)
I have been taking vitamins since I was a kid and it has been a part of my routine. I used vitamins to provide me with energy, protection, and as a source of diet. At first, what I take are the regular multivitamins you can find at local stores. Just recently, I happen to run into an old friend. We had a long talk and that’s where he told about the whole food multivitamins. According to him, it is way better than the usual vitamins that I have been taking. He says that whole food multivitamins can provide the much needed bioavailable nutrients because they are made with the most natural sources. Having discovered this, I decided to give it a try and switched to whole food multivitamins. Since I started using this product 2 weeks ago, I have felt considerable improvement on my body. Full disclosure, I live a healthy way of life (I diet, I exercise, I do not smoke, drink the occasional beer once in a while and I make sure I have enough sleep) but I never had a liking to vegetables. I do eat some but if I can, I don’t. So basically, the whole food multivitamin is perfect for me. As I said, after two weeks, I felt like I have more energy in me, I can accomplish more things (considerably), Usually after my daily workout, I just want to rest and relax to get back the energy that I spent.
