We are a family of 5 .... the kids hated using the toaster oven we had! Bought this, donated the toaster oven, and all is good! The multiple settings is awesome 👌 so now the only argument is listening to the kids declare "that one is MY setting! You're supposed to use the other one!" I was getting frustrated with the quality of toasters I would buy in box stores. None of them toasted bread uniformly. I looked on Amazon and found this toaster and decided to try it. We have been using it for about a year and it works perfectly. It toasts uniformly, the outside is cool to touch, it is easy to clean, and does exactly what a toaster should do. I especially like the design of the toasting adjustment. If you change the setting, it actually “clicks” into place instead of the typical loose knob adjustment that you never know where the setting actually is. Have been using this toaster daily for the last 11 months and I still love it. Have encountered No problems. Good looking enough to leave out on the counter. Simple to use. Reliably browns toast and bagels the way I like. Especially like the cancel button when I’m toasting those small, uneven ends to Artisanal bread. One push of the button and those tiny slivers of toast pop right up, perfectly toasted. Never could do that with my old toaster. This is easily the best toaster I’ve owned.
