  • Looks & Feels Like an Expensive Faucet
Color: Brushed Nickel
Easy to install. Works great and as described. Looks and feels like a high quality faucet but at 50% the cost of comparable faucets. Plus a 5-year warranty. What's not to like?

  • So far a Great Faucet
Color: Brushed Nickel
I am a 72 year old woman and I took out the old faucet and put in this new one in less than a half hour. I did watch a Home Depot video on how to remove an old kitchen faucet and I had the instructions from the old faucet which helped. But it easy peasy. Great instructions. The hot and cold connections are marked and no tools were needed to secure the faucet under the countertop. The only tool needed was a wrench to disconnect and then reconnect the hot and cold water connections. The price was great, it is very stylish and I love the spray. ... show more

  • Great product, great service
Color: Polished Chrome
What's not to like? Price was good, it's a quality faucet, installation was very easy, and it works exactly like you'd expect. I'd put it up against a $300 faucet by Delta, Kohler, or others any day. My mother-in-law liked ours so much that she ordered one for herself, which I easily installed for her. I did have a slight problem, almost three years after buying it (in Jan 2022). The button on the sprayer to stop water flow is a nice feature that I use regularly (my wife doesn't), but a couple of months ago it started sticking. The solution I found to un-stick it was to unscrew the sprayer head from the hose and the button would pop back out. Not the end of the world, but I quickly stopped using the button because of the inconvenience. After a couple of months, I finally decided to contact customer support from Wewe. They were awesome, very responsive, and are sending me a new sprayer head at no cost. Five stars for both the product and customer service. ... show more

  • Not Perfect, but Great Value
Color: Brushed Nickel
For around $80, this faucet is a great buy. We decided to upgrade our laundry room sink and didn't want to spend $300++ on a decent looking faucet, like we did for our kitchen. Time will only tell if the quality of this faucet will make it last, but initially it appears at least on par with the more expensive brands in terms of fit and finish. So, here's what you dont get at this price: 1. Factory connections were loose. After reading a few complaints that this faucet leaked upon hookup, I made sure to check the factory connections. To my standards, they were loose. So, I made sure to tighten them BEFORE installation. Easy to do, took 2 minutes. Don't over torque, just snug them up a bit. Impossible to tighten afterwards without removing the whole faucet. 2. The configuration of the faucet cold/hot lines has the handle oriented to provide hot water when pulled forward and cold when pushed back (with handle to the right of faucet, facing faucet). This is backwards for standard conventions. So, I reversed the cold/hot connections to correct. Your call on as to preference, but I like consistncy in my house. 3. On the more expensive faucet, we have a magnetic catch to help capture the retractable end. This model doesn't have it, but seems to seat nicely if you get the weight adjusted decently. Not a feature worth the extra money, if you ask me. 4. The mounting nut seems a bit on the less thsn durable side as well. Its a metal nut with a plastic shroud to help tighten. It worked fine, but it seems on the cheap side comparitively speaking. If need be I can upgrade it at a hardware store in the future. 5. The instructions were just ok. I've done a few of these installs, so they worked fine for me, but weren't great if you need detailed step by step. Otherwise, the spray buttons seem to work (again, long term??? we shall see) and the water shuts off almostly instantly. Metal finish appears similar as the more expensive brand as well. Some spare parts were also included as well. Nice, but I hope thats not a sign of what to expect in the future. If you want to save some serious money and dont mind a bit of a gamble on long term quality, I would highly recommend. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't hesitate putting this faucet in our kitchen. It doesn't look cheap at all. Perfect for real estate upgrades as well. TIP - If you have the option, install the faucet BEFORE you mount the sink. SOOOO MUCH EASIER than playing cabinet twister for about an hour. Good luck and God Bless. Hope this helps a few folks. ... show more

  • Well made & sooo easy to install
Color: Brushed Nickel
All the positive reviews are spot on. This is a really nice kitchen faucet and it works so well. It's stylish and so well thought out in its designed, thus making it a breeze to install. We bought it to replace a similar looking Delta faucet we've had about 17yrs now. The old faucet worked just fine, but was tarnished some with age and needed to be completely removed before being able to thoroughly clean the porcelain sink around and under the base cover plate. My wife and I thought that would be a lot of work for a faucet that old. We were proven right. As for my our new WEWE faucet, it has several obvious, at least to me, improvements over the design of that old faucet. The base cover plate, if needed, doesn't require two hold down nuts securing the base plate and uses a foam fitted cushion on its underside that allows the base to compress and conform tightly to the sink when the large plastic securing nut is installed. All this is accomplished without the use of anything other than your hand I might add. What's the advantage of this base cover design? For one, it makes for two less nuts to install or remove. Those two nuts on the old faucet were very hard for me to reach. If you do need to use the base cover as we did, you'll feel pretty confident that over time water won't be working its way under the cover. When we removed the old faucet base, we found the under side had mold along with a calcium build-up that had developed over its many years of use. Removal of the old faucet was not easy either. In addition to difficulties reaching & removing those two nuts securing the base, removal of the metal weight that was used to pull the faucet nozzle back up was a real pain. It was designed much like a donut with a center hole. The water feed tube going to the nozzle had to pass through this hole. That was accomplished by using a 2-piece feed tube that plugged together after passing the tube through the hole of the weight. To guarantee the tube didn't pull apart over time a clip-on plastic piece was added keeping together this 2-piece tube. That connection never failed, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't separate the tubes to remove the metal weight after taking off the plastic clip. Bottom line, in order to remove the old faucet I was forced to reach way up to cut the non-metal braided side of the feed tube so I could get the weight off. This was the only way the water lines would ever pass thru the mounting hole of the sink before allowing me to remove the old faucet which, I might add, was now trash. Instead, this WEWE faucet uses a plastic covered weight that is hinged and locks around the feed tube. This weight won't be banging metal to metal again the copper water pipes like the old weight did until I added a soft cushion in between. This weight was soooo easy to install and I've already tested, it's so easy to take off if needed, therefore, there's no need to destroy the feed tube like I had to with the old faucet. Great improvement in design. Bottom line, I think anyone who buys this faucet will be happy they did. In addition to it's nice looks and smooth operation, it's super easy to install and backed by a 5 year warranty. Now it's time for me end this review and register my new faucet! ... show more
