I expected to be disappointed but I am very impressed. This faucet works very well, hoping the washers last a long time. The install was very easy. They have a very clever elongated nut that makes it so much easier to put on than old faucets. The hardest part will be taking out the old faucet. Just make sure the weighted hose has nothing obstructing it going up and down. I used a piece of smooth plastic to keep it from rubbing on the angle stops below. It works flawlessly. If I had one complaint it's that I wish the spray would turn off when you let go of the button, instead you have to switch to the other button. It's hardly an issue though. Great looking nickel finish faucet for the price. Just installed and operation feels solid and smooth as well. Spray head works great also. Easy to install once old faucet removed. Only slight issue was clearance underneath counter for weight simply used to return spray head back into place after pulling out of faucet stand for use. My plumbing had small spacing between the cold and hot water valves leaving little space for the return weight to freely move directly under faucet inside cabinet underneath without catching on something during its motion. The weight travel is equal to the distance the spray head is pulled from the faucet stand. It took a little figuring to position as such for free travel. You could use an extension spring to bias the flexible water line or in my case I used a flat piece of 12x4x1/8” thick plastic sheet so the weight would slide up and down against it and not hit any of the lower plumbing during its travel. Operates smoothly with the sheet in place and used zip ties to secure the lines allowing for the motion. ... show more

I ordered this faucet a couple of months ago and wanted to use it a little while before providing a review. First, the quality of materials is very good and the installation was super easy. I did it myself. I really like the sleek, simple design. The mechanism for turning on the water and shifting from cold to hot is very smooth and allows you to make fine adjustments to the temp and flow. The spray option is not dependent upon having a higher pressure flow, so you can set the spray using a small amount of water, thereby saving water while rinsing dishes. The pull down sprayer also works very smoothly, and the counterweight is very effective for returning it into place. It is a dream for rinsing the sink after using Bar Keepers Friend. I don't use the stop button much, but it is nice to have. I highly recommend this faucet, and find it far nicer to the much more expensive Grohe faucet I replaced. ... show more

For around $80, this faucet is a great buy. We decided to upgrade our laundry room sink and didn't want to spend $300++ on a decent looking faucet, like we did for our kitchen. Time will only tell if the quality of this faucet will make it last, but initially it appears at least on par with the more expensive brands in terms of fit and finish. So, here's what you dont get at this price: 1. Factory connections were loose. After reading a few complaints that this faucet leaked upon hookup, I made sure to check the factory connections. To my standards, they were loose. So, I made sure to tighten them BEFORE installation. Easy to do, took 2 minutes. Don't over torque, just snug them up a bit. Impossible to tighten afterwards without removing the whole faucet. 2. The configuration of the faucet cold/hot lines has the handle oriented to provide hot water when pulled forward and cold when pushed back (with handle to the right of faucet, facing faucet). This is backwards for standard conventions. So, I reversed the cold/hot connections to correct. Your call on as to preference, but I like consistncy in my house. 3. On the more expensive faucet, we have a magnetic catch to help capture the retractable end. This model doesn't have it, but seems to seat nicely if you get the weight adjusted decently. Not a feature worth the extra money, if you ask me. 4. The mounting nut seems a bit on the less thsn durable side as well. Its a metal nut with a plastic shroud to help tighten. It worked fine, but it seems on the cheap side comparitively speaking. If need be I can upgrade it at a hardware store in the future. 5. The instructions were just ok. I've done a few of these installs, so they worked fine for me, but weren't great if you need detailed step by step. Otherwise, the spray buttons seem to work (again, long term??? we shall see) and the water shuts off almostly instantly. Metal finish appears similar as the more expensive brand as well. Some spare parts were also included as well. Nice, but I hope thats not a sign of what to expect in the future. If you want to save some serious money and dont mind a bit of a gamble on long term quality, I would highly recommend. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't hesitate putting this faucet in our kitchen. It doesn't look cheap at all. Perfect for real estate upgrades as well. TIP - If you have the option, install the faucet BEFORE you mount the sink. SOOOO MUCH EASIER than playing cabinet twister for about an hour. Good luck and God Bless. Hope this helps a few folks. ... show more

Good price for a fancy style faucet. Easy to hookup and connect as all fittings are available. The sleek style makes the kitchen look nicer and being able to have 360 degree spin is nice as it allows for the shutoff to be placed in any direction you wish. Pull out slides easily and retracts back with the weight attached. Very convenient switching between stream or spray mode.
