These boots are absolutely gorgeous, but sadly are only made for skinny calves. I have athletic legs, not fat calves by any means and I couldn’t even get them zipped up over the smallest part of my calf. Why do boot makers assume everyone has pencil legs? These boots are beyond what I expected. The color is a beautiful, deep, ruby red. The sparkles are not the type that are going to flake off. They're coated and will stay on forever. Even the heel is coated. And the comfort --like wearing bedroom slippers, even though there's a nice heal. These are adorable but my feet were KILLING me after 30 minutes. I was wearing tights and socks underneath them and was forced the end the night early bc I was losing feeling in my feet.
