Super soft and fluffy. If you're looking for something in the soothing tactile department, this is it. I just wanted a soft pillow cover, but this thing has helped with anxiety SO much. Kind of gives that 'little kid with a great big teddy bear' feeling.

This is exactly what I ordered and had wanted. It has the plush fur on one side and then the velvet soft on the other side. I’m not fond of buttons, but they are OK I can live with them. Beautiful color and I actually planned to buy another one in a different different color color.
