Unfortunately, I’ve had to send two generators back under warranty. The first one started knocking or chattering like a piece of aluminum foil with on top of it rattling replacement came in. I only had it for two weeks and the motor locked up and it had oil in it and everything was supposed to be done was done. I haven’t started up the third one that I just received about a week ago. All of the trouble the company threw in a magnetic oil dipstick to catch any kind of metal shaving oil, so it doesn’t run through the system. The most quietest generator I have ever heard it still got some noise to it, but not like most generators that I have heard extremely obnoxious loud Other than that I’ve had. This machine was a beast! Brevard County, FL and we just went through hurricane Milton. Lost power, but this generator kept everything here great! Plenty of power and runs more quietly then expected. Ran our fridge, freezer, TV, fans and other things without a hiccup. Tank of gas lasted overnight easily. Gonna be getting more for family now too! ... show more
