  • PC software interaction
Thank you Julia for your assistance. I did not realize there were 2 somewhat similar products - O2 ring and Oxylink ring. Turns out the Oxylink ring that I purchased is not currently able to work with PC software. But it works great with Android. And turns out soon(?) this WILL be able to work with PC software (no ETA given). Julia was very helpful and informative in assisting me with this situation. We exchanged several e-mails trying to get my ring to talk to the PC before realizing the confusion of the 2 products (I had called my ring the O2 ring in error). She was good about explaining the difference and was a pleasure to work with! Very good support. The ONLY reason I'm not giving this a 5 star rating was due to the confusion of two product names and not seeing any notice that the Oxylink ring does not (currently) work with PC software. Other than that, great product - it even fits on my big fingers with no issues and is easy to use. ... show more

  • Isn’t accurate if you have weak circulation
I bought it for my mother so I could monitor her pulse and spo2 while sleeping I kept getting alerts that her pulse was very low but when I checked with other devices it was normal so I had to return it back.. but I have to say the device is good for athletes or people who don’t have serious circulation problems.. gives alerts whe too high or too low and connects beautifully to smart phones ... show more

  • Useful
Apparently I hold my breath when I concentrate. This alerts me to the fact that my spo2 has dropped below a recommended level. So I'm able to stop and take a few deep breaths and get back to the less focused concentration that doesn't slow my breathing

  • Provides info on oxygen level and heart rate
This is a good devise to have to monitor your oxygen level and heart rate both daytime and night time (during sleep). This little device is easy to use and even thou it is not medical grade I believe it is precise enough to monitor oxygen level and heart rate. It complements the functions of the CPAP and I wish it would connect to ResMed 11 AirSense over Bluetooth. Unfortunately ResMed still needs to figure out how to do that. I am happy with this little device. Good value for the money ... show more

  • Accurate, okay size, crappy customer service
This is the first heart monitor I've used. I consider the price to be reasonable & the size is okay. It is smaller than an those O2 monitors used in doctors office it's also less bulky. It's diffinatly accurate, I ended up in the emergency room & for the 2hrs I was hooked my O2 & heart rate matched exactly to hospital equipment. Now the reason it gets a 3 star & not 5. 1. Customer service , there is no phone number the only way to communicate & get your questions answered is through email or chat but, the chat pretty much just sends you to the email. I think they have bots behind that chat option. So if you actually need questions answered it'll be a while. 2. It disconnectes from the app all the time. I also have not had good customer service. It's not very clear on instructions. I mean is easy enough to hook up to the app & your network but as I said it disconnected constantly & you can sign up for an online back up report but, if you have any questions about it you'll have to wait which sucks because the main reason I got this was to record & be able to show my report to the cardiologist. I'm about to get an EKG monitor but, won't be doing it from this brand because of lack of customer service because I can deal with my con issues if there was someone I could speak to, for guidance of their product. ... show more

  • Helpful aid at watching oxygen levels and pulse rates, while you sleep
Being on CPAP for years, I still wake up feeling like I never went to bed. I've been having low oxygen levels throughout the day and wondered what was going on at night. Now, I have data that can be printed and taken to my physician's office for their review. One thing that I have noticed is that this pulse oximeter seems to show a slightly higher number, than the two other pulse oximeters that I have. I will take it along on the next trip to the doctors and compare it's readings to their machine. ... show more

  • Works Well
This monitor works well and is comfortable. My only complaint is that is doesn't hold a charge for more than 2 nights.

  • Probably a life saver.
Works like a charm. A must for anyone with a shirt collar size 17 and above, what you do after you have the facts may indeed lengthen your life. I can not understand why GPs don't recommend it to all their patients just as they prescribe blood tests etc. I can't vouch for it's accuracy, however, it gave me a pretty good idea of what's going on during sleep time! ... show more
