The media could not be loaded. My granddaughter plays on this carpet so it is soft to the touch. As I shared in the video I have a dog so while it does hold up to their walking all over it, I do need to spot clean from her dirty paws. This is such a pretty rug; I think most people considering this purchase want details as to the color of it, so I’ll try to help with that. It is lighter (in my opinion) than what is reflected in most of the pictures….I would say ivory with a charcoal gray design running through it. But depending on the lighting in your room and which way the carpet fibers are laying, you may also see a beige color mixed with the ivory. The rug is neutral enough that you should be able to use it with cool tones or warm tones. It looks higher in quality than the other rugs I considered for my living room. Also, I have a large dog that stays indoors and it seems to be holding up well so far, and doesn’t show dirt. I would definitely recommend this! ... show more

Love the rug... that being said it has a new rug smell that was killing my head. I decided to deep clean it to see if it helped with the smell. I've only had the rug for two day with little to no walking on it. And the water was brown after clean the rug. Not sure if someone had this rug before me??
