Product stops heating water. Outdated support information in manual--there is no company that supports this product. The prior company that supported this product told me on the phone they stopped supporting the product when it was apparent there is a 50% failure rate.

    • Takes Days to Heat
I live in Los Angeles so even in the winter it’s not that cold. it took five days to heat up to 100°. I used it for about 15 minutes and the temperature dropped quite a bit taking it a day and a half just to get back up to 100° . It’s probably would be fine if I just wanted to use it from April through October but not that great for climates that get below 60° at night ... show more

Do not buy, water heater doesnt work properly, piece of junk, una porqueria....:(

    • Do not buy. I went through two of these in less than 9 months
Both heating elements went bad. The first one went bad after about 30 days. The replacement went bad six months later. The company refused to replace the second tub so buyer be warned. Also, you can't repair yourself since the heating element and pump are contained in the tub body.
