I was really amazed how big this product is! I am very excited to use it and start putting all my shoes on it. It is very big! However, after assembling it, I noticed the cover piece, or top, if you will, wouldn't fit. The holes would not align properly. I was so upset bc I was like, I'm going to have to disassemble it and return it. BUT WAIT! NO! THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED! I reached out directly to the seller, and left a message. I never thought I'd hear back from them, DIRECTLY!!! I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I told them what the issue was and all they asked for was the order number! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! They shipped me a whole new one at NO COST! They were in constant communication with me and had another shipped out quickly! The media could not be loaded. Arrived fast and I was able to put together easily. Loved the concept and saved space in my closet . All my shoes fit but if you have bigger feet it’ll stick out . My daughter is 7.5 and I have to strategically lay it out or it’ll stick out. Made of pressed board .. quality is mot up to par.. make sure shoes not dripping or it’ll messed up the shelf. Hopefully they’ll make one out of real woods.. but over all I love it so far. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am so in love! Assembly took about 30 mins for me. Once I discovered which piece was the top piece it made more sense.(it’s the one with less holes in it) Sometimes it seemed the holes were not lined right or they were too small but if you’ll tap hard enough they will fit nicely together. (Some taps were actually hits) It is also a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. I wear a size 10 women’s and I was concerned about my shoes not fitting right but I feel they fit just fine. It has been the best purchase for organizing my shoes! It will not disappoint! At least it did not to me! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall, this is great if you have a tiny feet or want to store untraditional items. But if you’re a foot size 9 or larger, it’s going to be hard to store shoes. This is a cool not-so-little organizer that was relatively easy to assemble. It is made of some sort of plastic but it’s pretty sturdy. Sturdy and stable enough that I use it in the laundry room to store bleach and don’t have to worry about it’s spilling. It’s really tall. I am about 6 feet, and the top of it is right beneath my nose. I would say it’s about the size of a plump human when fully assembled. I originally purchased this for shoes in my closet, but found that it didn’t really fit well in my closet and my feet are just too big. If you have large feet, you’re going to want to store shoes sideways, or not at all. However, for untraditional items, it is great. For example, laundry items, trinkets, kids, play stuff, etc. Just make sure your kids don’t try to climb on it or anything… It has plenty of storage: there are 7 cubbies on each column, and 5 on each “level” with a total of 35 areas for storage, not including what you can place on top. Just due to its size, it wasn’t the best fit for my closet and shoes, but really pleased with how I can use it for other things. Like laundry stuff. That’s how you know I’ve made it to adulthood. I’m excited about plastic spinny things that store my laundry detergent. (Please excuse any grammatical or spelling errors. I use voice dictation to text aunt can’t be bothered to proofread . 🙃) ... show more
