I did not feel secure on it. I felt scared to do sit ups and or leg raises. The seat is too narrow even for a small frame person like myself. I will most likely donate this item

Been using it for about three months now works very well and is holding up well. Don’t find myself using the resistance bands too often, but this combined with the block weights makes for a good workout Anytime.
