I am 5’5” 160lbs girl with a heavy bottom. I ordered this in size XL using the size chart from the listing. I am able to close it using the smallest option and it fits great. I could definitely get away with size L but I have a thick thighs and was worried the line around my leg would be noticeable. If I decide to get another one, it will likely be size L. The fabric is soft and stretchy, 80% polyester and 20% elastin. Now the best part, when I wear this under my leggings it looks GREAT. I really thought this would be a game changer. It was. A total failure. The body suit just did not fit. I got a medium because I know these run small. But it flatten out the breast and did nothing fit hips or bottom. I was completely unhappy. I have it away.
